    Hi
    I applied for the Luma card yesterday online and received a message saying they need to do additional futther checks. has anyone else had this message?
    I dont understand as I have a good credit score with experian.. Thought they'd just give a decision straight away.

    Hi all,
    I applied for a Luma cc over a week ago and they told me I'd been accepted but I haven't heard anything from them. Not even a confirmation e-mail. As I've seen on numerous other posts this has happened to other people and in the end they've actually been declined. Show I give them a call or just wait it out and see what happens? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I've read that people still got declined after this? it asked to setup a direct debit and to download the digital signed agreement.

    Do i have to worry it won't work out?
