Lying Estate Agent

I'd prefer them in a bangor than a merc, if someone turned up in one of them i'd be thinking how did they manage to afford that and what dodgy deals were involved.
typical stereotypical opinion of estate agents. not all of them are out to get you. in 10 years of estate agency my oh has worked for 4 agencys and none of them partook in dodgy dealings. as i have said before, nice cars they drive are usually company owned and the employee is taxed to the eyeballs for it.Bring back mark and lard NOW! or else (please) clique member no. 10 :j

In a recent survey by NAEA only 1 in 10 people thought that Estate Agents are trustworthy. In fact they were rated as nearly the least trustworthy profession, just a notch up above second hand car salesmen. The answer to this problem is to regulate and license them properly, as happens in every other industrialised country.0

perhaps people should use ea's that are members of the naea (and i'll think you'll find that a lot of them are)......and also use an agent who is registered with the ombudsman scheme. like anything else...shop aroundBring back mark and lard NOW! or else (please) clique member no. 10 :j

good luck with ur house and everything , im gonna shoot off and leave this thread because I see the sweeping comments of " lying estate agents & not trustworthy"..as a generalization of them all and with my oh being a decent honest hard working ea,it is not easy to sit here and listen to these comments without my back being put up. im an easy going kinda person and dont wanna retaliate in the wrong way
good luck and everything
