Orange can easily trace us with IP addresses and posts, seems they are.

Wonder if ORange know what Invasion of Privacy is, knowing their legal team im 99.9% sure they dont lol

I was asked directly, by Exec, if I was eva49 - which I confirmed - no doubt at all they are able to identify others too.

Especially Nobby and Nick I would imagine.

Was told they have staff working on all social media sites - which we know anyway.
  • Now you say that Eva, I was asked when i first phoned the exec team where I had got their number from, and I said this forum and Ofcom. The persons reply was oh yes we are aware of that forum, and know all about it. :)

TBH none of this is new,
in fact its now very very very old news.

Stop it Neil! - New posters giving their outcome help others go forward - remember, not everyone is confident and posts like this - AndyValca - help them ;)
Good feedback for the forum too.

Yes, Ofcom gave me the Exec number in the first place when they issued a case number.

I'd just like to come back with my so-called resolution.

After initially putting in my complaint in August, and being promised numerous calls back, and having numerous letters rejected, orange called me out of the blue today to say I could keep my broadband until the end of my mobile contract. It will continue to be unlimited with no fair use policy.

I spoke to a chap in the Prague team.

No apology was given, even when I asked for it.

No compensation was given, even when I asked for it.

I find this absolutely shocking service, considering I've been an orange customer for over 12 years.

After this call I was straight on to the executive office, and was given a months line rental (£41) as a good will gesture, but I feel even this is not enough.

If only I'd acted on Evas advice earlier, I would be out of my mobile contract now, on a cheap sim only deal saving £££'s and more importantly, not be an orange customer anymore.

I urge everyone to move over to another broadband provider and then issue small claims court procedings against orange.

If this is true then I think you should make a formal complaint to the Information Commissioner:eek:

If they make a statement, then they will have to admit their fiasco and back down completely on their original withdrawal. As it is now, they are still dealing with customers on a "case by case" basis. Despite a relatively big number of people on this forum, I guess it is still far from the potentially affected 90,000. This is why EE are still hoping to make money on the majority. This is why it is important to raise awareness of the RobbedRobbins' petition to collect more signatures and send it to the organisations who have real powers to bring sanctions against EE. So keep signing the petition:http://www.change.org/en-GB/petitions/ofcom-enough-s-enough-give-orange-ee-customers-back-their-free-broadband !!!

Detailed France Telecom Share Price Changes

    Period PriceChange Percent Change
    1 week € 8.60 € -0.27-3.13%
    1 month € 9.43 € -1.10-11.66%
    3 months € 11.40 € -3.06-26.87%
    6 months € 10.59 € -2.26-21.31%
    1 year € 12.49 € -4.16-33.28%

The reason they are trying to squeeze money out of us is due to the fact their share prices are'nt good!!! But with all the complaints it will only get worse. SELL YOUR SHARES NOW!!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

THE PRICE HAS GONE FROM 12.49 WAY DOWN TO 8.60 EUROS IN 1 YEAR. PRETTY POOR PERFORMANCE ESPECIALLY SINCE THE ROLLOUT OF 4G AND THE LAUNCH OF eNOUGH'S eNOUGH!!!
