By the way did you get it in writing - or have you done your final bill settle up? I did not manage to get anything in writing

Nothing in writing! But yes, account closed final bill settled.

Think it must have been policy when doing individual deals, but now they have decided to maintain the 'status quo' with BB ........ think they must be getting ready to make a public statement;)

Whilst I am uber chuffed for Nobby, has ANYONE ELSE been offered this "FreeBB to stay until the end of the mobile contract"deal?
My "special" team lady who has up to now kept all her promises to call back (in fairness) has suddenly gone v v v v quiet.
As you all know the team is so "special" they won't give out contact no's or email addresses.

Yes, see my post at the top of this page. I have had4 calls in total from the specialist team (one last week and 3 this week and today the representative agreed to reinstate my free broadband until my contract finishes in June 2014. I told her what I wanted and requested this in writing for my lawyers to look over. ALWAYS record, name, time and date of calls as they are all recorded.
  • the other nos i have is 01415679060, one other point she knew I wanted a MAC number and was going to leave Orange.

Cheers for that, stored it when I was called by the "Special" team, but it is permenantly engaged and doesn't allow "ring back".
So my "Special" team lady, as you told me you do read this forum, do please ring me, but as we agreed not during Eastenders. :rotfl:

do we mean exec by special team or the outsourced highlanders/outback team. Because i thought exec finished work at 5pm - and the highland people only dealt with getting land lines! - or have we led to exec getting overtime!!

The 0141 was the "Special" team, (they said....) but I fear it doth not take incoming calls as it will not register with callback.
They've called a couple of times after 7pm and seem to work shifts til at least 8.00 pm.
But 0141 is Glasgow.... so now I'm confused.
    We'll see.

I suppose its feasible that exec have contracted the outsourced dept to now deal with this 'new decision of honouring free BB' as well?
