    The EE website says:

    About Everything Everywhere
Everything Everywhere is the UK’s largest communications company, providing mobile and fixed-broadband communications services to more than 27 million customers through the Orange and T-Mobile brands. It has invested over £15 billion since 2000 building Britain’s biggest mobile networks, and plans to invest over £1.5bn in the next three years to further improve its network and introduce fast 4G LTE mobile broadband services. Recognised for award-winning customer service, Everything Everywhere employs more than 15,000 people and operates over 720 retail stores across the UK. It has revenues equivalent to a FTSE 40 company and is backed by two of the world’s leading global communications groups, Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom, who are equal owners.

Now how is it possible for a new company to state Recognised for award-winning customer service when they are new and have not done any customer service. There are no awards, this statement false and miss leading. Just shows that the new EE will continue with CS the way Orange left off.

Where do they get £27 from? Anytime call package is £10 + £13.50 on their website. Perhaps they're assuming at the end of your mobile contract you will not renew with them, but then that is an extra £5 so £28.50. Whoopie doo, a £1.50 discount.

It makes my £5.11 for BB + 2nd Line giving anytime calls + 100 international destinations very good value.

Prices quoted are for customers on Orange pay monthly and pay as you go mobile plans living in an Orange Broadband network area, which covers 85% of all UK homes. For non-Orange customers, an additional £5 a month will be charged. Orange customers living in non-Orange Broadband network areas will be charged an additional £10 a month. Non-Orange customers living in a non-Orange Broadband network area will be charged an additional £15 a month

    https://broadband.orange.co.uk/home

Orange Broadband FROM £5 is a lie, seems ALL customers will now pay for BT Wholesale at extra cost as Orange Broadband Network was abolished and handed to BT Wholesale.

No doubt EE broadband plans will be expensive given £15 a month will be included in plans.
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

Incredible how Orange have mishandled the free broadband issue.

However, those remaining customers who are refusing to switch, Orange can easily just check our mobile contracts and continue our free broadband until the end of that contract. It's not difficult.

The only problem with this is if they give it to those remaining they will be opening themselves up for many complaints and actions by those who did move their line rental or walked away.

Like you say incredibly mishandled - to the point of they probably don't know which way to turn now, so they are just ignoring us!

I am afraid they will not be able to ignore legal action ;)

    Or will they..................

Either way it is going to cost them BIG time now...........

To continue free BB for the remaining stubborn ones is easy

For those that have swapped BB providers..........reimbursement for the cost to new suppliers + penalty free release for those wishing to leave......

They have opened a can of worms by their own incompetance!

I was wondering the exact same thing. :)

    No call here either.

But i'm due to move broadband trw so these "Broadband Sales people" will be wasting my time if they do call. I want someone with the power to agree to cancelling my mobile contract, hint hint Orange, lol

    J
My broadband has moved and no one at Orange will discuss my mobile termination, or miss selling it to me. The only dept who have talked with me has been the exec, who were very nice - unfortunately everything they said has now been proved to be lies and delaying tactics.

I have now read here in earlier posts and elsewhere that as we were miss sold we can cancel our contracts at no cost to us - but i cant find a way to do this as EE will not discuss. So i could only see 2 options: cancel DD and get a black credit mark and possibly EE selling the debt on to debt collectors. Or what i am doing is buy out my mobile later this week and then go to small claims to recover the losses associated with this miss selling.

What a big Orange mess! Lots of confusion. I also telephoned Exec Office 0800 0790 134 again, who said the special team deal is the end of the road, and if I did not accept that, to seek legal advice.

That statement is total bullying, and ignoring of customer complaints.

The couple of people who have spoken with this special team were only offered the now usual move the line rental crap. So that is it - no movement. Which is what many of us had started to suspect.

Think that says it all.............exactly what I was told at the outset, take it or leave it!

The complaints procedure is null and void

    A) Because they will not issue letters of deadlock
    B) because we cannot progress via CISAS

Only option open to us is small claims court.......

    https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome

this is where I am registered to file my claim

Moon777 - they should escalate your complaint, at least to investigate if they have the actual recording of the sales call.

Even more disheartening when you have witness evidence of mis-selling from Carphone Warehouse who made the call to Orange for your sale.

Orange are failing to deal with valid complaints, even with witness evidence. Outrageous behaviour!

Is there no one left in Orange with common sense that they can investigate individual complaints. They seem to be dealing with everyone the same by refusing to listen and forcing us to go to Court.

They will have to listen when customers send a summons and they will have to respond within 14 days! No more Orange game playing, special teams, exclusive offers then!

I thought they would have discussed my complaint - but they wont, all they will do is as per yourself and everyone else - i have to wait for the special team to tell me the only deal is to move my line rental. I am not the only person with 3rd party evidence (I have 3 pm's from others in the same position), others did upgrades at other phone stores and got them to ring EE to confirm the free BB would carry on for the length of the upgrade. It does strengthen my position in small claims markedly, but it gets me absolutely nowhere with EE and my complaint.

This is now obviously a blanket ignoring of all complaints to do with free BB and EE look like they have decided to ride out the consequences. Fine - so be it;)
