My last shop was at 17.35 today and thankfully the APG website was back up and running to print out my vouchers. :j

I really fancy a curry now you've mentioned it. Queen of cheap, we're counting on you :j
So was I, but after doing a few spag bols in it I'm getting there.
A couple of things to note with slow cookers...
If you use jars of sauces etc then the sugars in these things will cause whatever your cooking to stick to the pot so it's always best to cook from scratch with fresh ingredients to avoid this. I learnt the hard way with my first spag bol when I used the jars of sauce.
Also, if your cooking whole chicken breast or thick chunky pieces of meat in some sauce or another but you only have an hour or so's cooking time then just be aware that it might not be long enough to cook the meat throughly. Where these things are concerned, the longer the better, or cut the meat up smaller, particularly chicken breasts, I cut them lengthways.:beer:0 -
Thanks Happy
I will check all of the above with DS
I am wondering if he needs to re-install Java as we had a problem with coupon printer on his PC before and i now remember that we had to re-install Java then
Quite possible, just google Java for windows and you should find a download from the official site. Microsoft should list it on their site.....somewhere...0 -

Her dog is having pups and was having a lot of difficulty giving birth to the first of the litter
Think she had been in labour for quite some time and there was still no sign of the first pup0 -

:hello::hello::hello:
I will say it now instead.
Did you not notice the lady with a few whoopsies in her trolley as well as the wine.
For tea tonight had a lovely sweet potato (50p for huge bag) curry, used a jar of the probably long forgotten jars of 40pish Sharwoods Sag Masala sauces from last year. I had forgotten about them too
, had hidden some round mums and they are OOD (June 2012) but still tasted fine. Used up a packet of the 20p Asda microwave pilau and 38p peshwari nans. And got couple packets of some chicken satays for 20p. Less than £2 to feed 4 of us and still plenty left. :T
I would have thought you would have had enough 4p jeans FK to not need anymore. :rotfl:0
