I was thinking.....yeah I know, a dangerous occupation......we've done pretty good lately with lenors and wine but have accumulated quite a bit of other assorted items that maybe we might not need.
On that basis I sorted out a couple of big bags of life full of biscuits, beans, rice putting, custard powder etc etc and will be donating it to my local food collection centre for the homeless.
I don't have a lot of cash and can't give much but small things like this at leas tmake me feel a bit useful.

That's a great thing to do. I need to get rid of a few things too. Just need to get my butt in gear and sort the cupboards out. Along with the rest of the house. I'm running out of space. :rotfl:N1LDA

hi 3dogs, nice to see you sweetie and hear that things are going so well for you just now

Wonderful that your friends came up and helped out with the decorating and the curtain rail too they sound like real :As
They have got a heck of a drive back tonight though bless them, hope they have a good clear run through, should be ok at this time of night :T
Are you heading north anytime soon? I've been back a week and want to go back so much
Hiya altojack
I am driving up to Tyneside in just over 2 wweeks time as Alan's eldest lad is getting married in Florida next month as is having their wedding do down Tynemouth on the 15th. My Sis/Bil and Niece/OH are going with me and it should be a good do. Just have to decide who is going to drive
I will stay up there for a long weekend, back home for a couple of days and then drive down to Portsmouth to stay with my friends for a long weekend/week. I've got to test out my new car when I get it :rotfl: :rotfl:
Lesleysanderson - I am so worried about your little lady so you must be beside yourself - hope it all turns out well. As long as your lady gets through it ok, that will be the main thing. Keep us informed petal

I sent my niece home today with loads of fruit tea (mocs/offer), Soltan for Kids SF50 and Adults SF30, beanz, etc and that meant that my stock of beanz could be stored away tidily instead of in a Tosco bag cluttering up the hallway

I only bought myself a large outside storage box a couple of weeks ago for my birthday and it's already full. O/h keeps saying, no more, but I just can't help myself. The buzz is just too good.
Mind you, the old liver is getting a bit of a pounding. N1LDA

Maybe sorting out my cupboards and freezer can be my job for when I get home in the morning. It will stop me from falling asleep. That, a couple of matchsticks and a 2 year old, :eek:N1LDA
