    Morning all.

Lesleyanderson have been looking for an update, hope your little lady is okay.

I have another day off today and have to pop over to Hanley. Just been having a quick check on Asda and Tesco stores locators en route. Would be lovely to find 'Plenty' of 'Golf Balls'. Not seen any of the Lindt golf balls for ages round my way.

I was thinking.....yeah I know, a dangerous occupation......we've done pretty good lately with lenors and wine but have accumulated quite a bit of other assorted items that maybe we might not need.

On that basis I sorted out a couple of big bags of life full of biscuits, beans, rice putting, custard powder etc etc and will be donating it to my local food collection centre for the homeless.

I don't have a lot of cash and can't give much but small things like this at leas tmake me feel a bit useful. :)

I'm sure this would be really appreciated. We have a girl at work who collects stuff for one of the homeless families' missions. I always give her some of my tins, dried pasta, non-perishables, etc, and Easter eggs at Easter and Selection Boxes at Xmas (hope there's the usual seasonal glitch/coupons on these).

I also call on a couple of the elderly neighbours in our road with bits and pieces. The Lenor and Lurpak went down very well, and the little chockie treats always go down well :)

Posted last night by AAU1 - lindt golf balls are very cheap. No more details, so I googled them - I presume they are either individual or last time I saw them in store, there were 3/4 in a gold coloured box and they look like golf balls :D

I vaguely remember they used to do small bags of them (a bit like the mini oval lindt eggs which were for Easter).

You can add lindt golf balls to the 1p list ;)

    Bc ends 41363

Good til march 2013 so this is going into soneones stocking (assuming i dont munch them)

Beaten to it by izzeyb. ;)

I can confirm that they are in a rectangular gold box. I've not opened it but it looks to contain 3 chocolate golf balls so that should give you an indicatino of size. I was going to try and save them for a stocking filler but they are calling to me!!

If you don't post in the thread, would you be so kind as to send me any recipes please? I have a slow cooker but I have no idea how to use it. I thought it would be a great idea to set up dinner before I went out to work but I've been too scared to try it! I know this will sound daft but when people say they just chuck stuff in their cooker, how does it cook properly when you're not there to stir/mix?

    Yes, I am blonde :p
