I cant wait for 2012 to end now. It was such a good year for me until Dec 17th when we went for the scan. That day is imprinted in my mind forever. Just want to get to 2013 now and start a new job and get ttc again!!

Erugh. Second rant. Apologies in advance, I bet you lot are sick of me complaining...I would be!

Becca..this seem's relevent to you. SoI got a positive OPK 4 days ago (CD16 which was when I got one last cycle and did actually go on to ovulate on CD17) Well, CD20 now and still no temp rise. I can only assume I haven't ov'ed. When my temp was still 36.3 this morning I nearly cried. The only cycle I actually want AF to hurry up and arrive my body won't even ovulate on time! Grrr!!!

Claire - Sounds like a plan! I love how a good whinge and a cry usually solves 99% of problems I'm not wishing 2012 away I just hope I am able to do everything I want to in 2013.

Anyway, I hope everyone else is feeling okay. Does anyone have any plans for tonight?

Missed my temp this morning due to 'sleep deprivation'- oh the irony of my post yesterday! This morning was the one I really needed- OV time me thinks!
Blood test is cancelled for circumstances beyond my control. Will book again for next month.

Speaking of rights, my local PCT have changed their funding policy as of Sept 2012 and they now fund everything but IVF (provided you qualify of course). I don't know if I do (unlikely) but it's a start.

Becca and Firefly, I used AC and it didn't really do anything for me. Maybe I should have stuck with it longer must I just didn't see the point.

AFM, feels like AF is on the way even though it's too early. My *ahem* 'chest' was huge (for me at least! ) last night and really sore and still feeling tender this morning. I so hope the witch stays away but won't be too disappointed (I keep telling myself...) as I'll have my CBFM to play with.

I was out with a good friend on Saturday night and she's going through the same problems we are and can't see herself getting PG any time soon. It's so frustrating when it's all you want and it doesn't happen yet all over FB are photos of people with kids, and as [strike]horrible [/strike]spiteful as it is to say this, about 50% were 'accidents' in the case of the people we know.

On the positive side, we've agreed that we'll leave it a few months 'just in case' and my friend and I (and our OHs) will go on holiday to the Dominican (where we got married ) in September/October time. Nice to have lovely back up plans to look forward to!

Going to a friend's tonight, a house party in a shoebox. Will be OK I guess, I'm not a fan of NYE though, it's always such an anti-climax! I'm working today (seriously?! What can they possibly need some non-critical IT nerds to do on NYE?! :mad:) but I hope we can go home early so I can get started on the fizz! Hopefully I won't be drinking this time next year!

As for Kim Kardashian, I didn't even know she was with Kanye West, now she's PG?! Not that I actually knew who the heck she was and what she did until about 6 months ago (turns out, not a lot! )

Lily... I am having some investigations done at the mo, apparently my bloods came back 'normal' but I'm waiting for my scan results before I make an appt to go back. Still getting bfn so I really don't know x

Yep she is...poor kid!

They can't get me in for 2 weeks Will have to book it for next month now.

Going to do an OPK this afternooon, after my super dark line yesterday. The drugs worked so got a sneaky BD in last night.

Bloods done this cycle? That's very reassuring to know Hopefully you will get an answer one way or the other very soon - being in limbo is totally rubbish. Did you have an ultrasound to check for PCOS?

Vic - That is complete carp. Could you try phoning again and stressing the importance? Do they know what the bloods are for?

Thanks Lily. Unfortunately, I had to cancel it so it's my own fault. Something more urgent came up. Never mind...will definitely go next month.
