    Hello ladies.

I am going to start using my opks tomorrow! :D

Will be cycle day 9 so hoping to start getting an idea of when I ouvlate as first month using them.

According to my Period Tracker app I have a 29 day cycle but I am pretty sure its not that but as I had a 37 day cycle a while ago its put the app out of sync, its more 25-26 days but if I use the tests it should help me work it out more!

On my instructions it says to put a urine sample in a cup or similar and leave it to settle for 20 mins then use test and let that rest for 10 mins?

Seems a long time to wait?

    Hi Lilmissmup

The ones I have say the same but to wait for 5 mins and don't read the result after 10 mins as it won't be a true result; not sure what make yours are but mine are ? home health off amazon. It has to be room temp hence leaving for 20 mins however I speed mine up by dunking the bottom of the cup in cold water for a few mins cos I'm impatient!!! Probs not the best idea but I can't wait 20 mins! Good luck with them :)

Very quiet at the moment, I guess everyone is getting ready for Christmas! Couldnt stop thinking about testing so did a silly 11dpo test and got a BFN :-( Hopefully that has got it out of my system and ill wait til 26th. I was feeling really good about this month but not very hopeful anymore. My skin has cleared up like it always does before AF arrives.

Hope everyone has a lovely Christmas!

Just watched The Snowman. First time I've ever seen it! Loved it! :)

The cramps have hit with a fury today. Heat pad has been deployed.

It doesn't feel like Christmas here. We don't have any decorations (haven't been able to afford them yet). We did make the gingerbread cookies though. Wonderful recipe. :)

Big hugs to everyone that needs them, along with chocolate, ice cream, and gigantic heating pads to those that need them!

    Hey Ladies,

Big hugs for all that the witch has caught :( Hope she is gone for most of 2013 tho

Hugs for all those feeling sad and missing their bumps and babies. We would have had a 3 week baby now. It sucks :o

Congratulations onlywayisup - have a happy and healthy 9 months :T:T

AFM - BFN's now. I did have a TLP at 9DPO - showed DH and even he could see the line, but its gone now :( Still hopeful tho :o:o When will I get it through my thick head :wall: No spotting yet, and high temp at 12DPO tho :o I wanna say it ain't over til the witch shows her face, but in reality BFNs at 12DPO probably means it is a BFN this month :(:o

Had [STRIKE]some[/STRIKE] a lot of tears yesterday, and might have a few tomorrow too, but hoping to keep them at bay on christmas day. Would have been such a different christmas with my angel tho. A BFP might have made it easier to bear :o
 Married my lobster in July 2011

TTC # 2 since Oct 2011 - good things come to those who wait :o

 2013 is going to be our lucky year

Morning. Gave up on sleeping. After the holidays I'm taking DH to the GP to discuss having a sleep study done. He doesn't snore often, but when he does he stops breathing before, plus he clicks A LOT in his sleep. Thus why I'm already up for the day. I want him to breathe better at night and I want to be able to sleep darn it!

Anyway, the bunnies are amusing me for the moment. Nothing really new here to report except that my flow has went from Niagara Falls yesterday to barely a trickle this morning.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas Eve today! :)

Me too, this is the worst Christmas I've ever had & a week ago I thought it was going to be the best.

I can't even ttc for most likely another few weeks & I want to pack in my depressing job.

I hope someone on this thread gets a Xmas bfp there are lots of ladies who deserve it.
