I'm back from my holidays  Got a wedding tomorrow in Ascot tho (about 200+ miles from us ) so still got a nice couple of days ahead of us. Had a fab time at the seaside, altho DH got poo'd on by a seagul today. Hoping its a good sign cos last time I got poo'd on by a seagul I got my BFP
Ooh good sign then! Actually it is supposed to be good luck isnt it?
Im only about 20 mins away from Ascot but would you believe Ive never been to the events there, maybe I will next year if Im not pg by then!!0 -
I just thought i would come on and tell you i have given up any hope of being a mom so there is no point to me here. I just keep annoying people so i am going back to being bitter on my own
Sorry and good luck everyone.
Still doing the opks this month but then thats it and i am realky going to be a barren wasteland
Good luck for all your bfp and sorry again
Take care ttc0 -
Yeah - altho it doesn't feel very lucky at the time!! :rotfl: I said DH should go buy a lottery ticket, but I'd rather have a baby anyhow
Its at Sunningdale Park - Northcote House. Hoping the traffic will be kind to us. Its unfamiliar territory for us. Don't think we have stopped in a hotel since DH bought the motorhome nearly 3 years ago. Will make a nice change tho
I'd love to go to a big horse race. I've been to small ones and they're so exciting - but my method of picking a nice name or coloured top to bet on might need some work if I went to a posh event :rotfl:Married my lobster in July 2011

...is Ascot a place or just a racing track? Well confused easy me lol
Glad you enjoyed your holiday Abis, now get BDing, muck for luck n all that, think another lady got a bfp after being gifted lol
Also, if it wasn't biologically impossible, I'd say my sister had had my baby. She looks like me, has a flat patch in the back of her head like me ( it's a weird family trait, my uncle has it too) and I was a very snotty as a child and she's sniffly so mum says she even sounds like me lol x xLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6

I think its a place too?! Or maybe not and I will look like a twit! We're going near there anyhow, lol! A long way from Yorkshire :rotfl:
I got my BFP last time after the seagul poo. I don't know if I have ov'd and am due now or not ov'd yet this cycle. I clearly have learnt nothing from my time hereSo if the test is -ve tomorrow I will make good use of the hotel facilities
My DD looks a lot like my sister too. If we are all together other people often presume she is my sisters DD. But I think I look more like DD than my sister (maybe thats just cos I want to see it tho!)Married my lobster in July 2011

Its a place lol!
Its small, Ive only ever driven through it though no idea what the shops etc are like. Drove past the race course on our way to the Olympics at Eton Dorney a couple of weeks back, some MASSIVE houses near it, looked amazing!
One of the trains from where I live stops at Sunningdale, but again Ive never been there either!
Because Ascot is so close lots of people I know go for Ladies day, which is basically getting drunk in nice outfits and massive hats
So definitely going to that next year if there's no bump! (although Id be useless with the betting as I hate to loose so would probably be making £1 bets haha!)
Shame though as weather was nice and sunny today, supposed to rain tomorrow, and then nice again on Tuesday. typical for a bank hol but shame for the wedding photos! so hope weather forecast is wrong!0 -
Wide awake at silly o'clock for the second night in a row, I had a dream that I baked an apple and cinnamon cake and there was a baby in the middle of it, how daft!
Abis good to see you back from your holibobs, keeping my fingers crossed for your test, hope the bird brought you all the luck
Hugs for cd 1 team lowe, are you seeing someone soon or am I getting confused?
Hugs atton, its a hard journey and no one can decide what's best for you other than you. Thinking of you0 -
Morning All,
Just been catching up on posts. Congrats MrsJ.:j:j:j
Big, huge, massive hugs comp!
apologies but there were so many post to catch up on since fri! So hugs to all who need them!
Well i became an aunty at the weekend :rotfl:a shiney new neice!:j....
I cant wait for this 2ww to finish!!! arrrrggg its taking too long lol xx0 -
Oooo, Claire you should defo go to ladies day if there is no bump. Altho I obv hope you get a bump instead. It would be lots of fun. I got dressed up but no hat when I went. Me and my friend put £5 each on each race, £10 on the last one and shared winnings. Think there was 7 or 8 races, so not mega money spent. And we ended up winning back what we had spent
Twas a very good night and lots of fun. I want to take DD to a family day at the races as I think she would love it. She won £66 on the grand national this year (obv I placed the bet for her but she chose the horse) so she must have a winning streak :rotfl:
Lemonmelon - I once dreamt that I gave birth to a teeny tiny tropical fish (I was heavily pregnant with DD at the time) and that it started bleeding from the mouth and then died. I was traumatised for ages that I was gonna be rubbish at everything!! How on earth my subconcious thinks of these stupid ideas I have no idea :rotfl: I like the thought of an apple n cinammon cake tho. I've just had a herman cake a few weeks back (google if you aren't sure what it is) and I made the apple n cinammon version.
I did my test and it was a BFN on a FRER this morning. So am safe to drink tonight at the wedding  I have no idea when I am due or if I am gonna have an extra long cycle or what  I have ov'd on CD29 before, so thats not out the way. I thought it would be unusual to be due AF at this stage of the cycle, but I have no idea what my cycles are like post m/c. We've BD'd every 3-4 days or so, so theres a chance of catching eggys still. Will test again next monday if no AF by then.Married my lobster in July 2011

Morning Ladies!
Thanks Becca for doing the list. Trying to catch up with all the posts from over the weekend - hugs to all that need them!
As for me - Im cd15 now and no ovulation as yet. Will bd today but then wont be able to bd until friday (cd19) as my parents are up visiting and OH wont do anything with them in the next room. I have everything crossed that I will ovulate today or that it will hold off until the weekend!! Argh!!
Hope everyone has some nice plans for this bank holiday xx0
