I used to have a stock I'd internet cheapies for the days when I couldn't wait to test. Might be worth getting some of those to pee on to make your OH happy .

Codemonkey - I was thinking about getting one of the 50 packs of the 10mIU for £7.79 just to make DH shush! I don't have a bank account over here yet, so I'll probably be made to wait to order them until he gets home. I really wish that the UK Amazon site would accept paypal!

Edited to add: Bwahahahaha! It didn't ask for his card number again! Oh the dangers of saving your bank card to your wifes Amazon account! Bah, not like he wouldn't let me get them anyway. ;) :rotfl:

  • Mrs TM = Probably still a little too early for testing. And first morning urine is usually the best to test with. Sorry, I have no idea on the sensitivity of tests!

MV - you won't need that wine over Christmas, trust me ;)

Just spent a ridiculous amount of money on Amazon. It's way too easy to buy on that site! Have booked my Waitrose slot for Wed for all my dry and freezable Xmas foody bits, Really need to sit down and do a proper list and check whats in my freezer and cupboards. But that can wait til tonight I think.

  • hi everyone
    I am a newbie over here :-)
Got married in August & got my Mirena coil removed in September.
Havent been trying as such but we arent being careful either ;)
I will try & get my head around the abbreviations so any more posts by me wont be this long lol!
I have a pretty regular monthly cycle but is varies by 1 or 2 days here or there. I bought some cheap ovulation tests so giving them a go this month! Wondered why they were all invalid until last night I realised I had been using them upside down!
Dont add me to any lists or anything like that but I am sure I will be popping in here now & again :-)
By the period tracker on my phone I should have ovulated yesterday but the test sticks dont seem to agree.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Still brown spotting, no red at all though. I'm a little confused. I don't really feel like AF is coming (I normally get huge temper tantrums) and my boobs hurt. TMI warning Little Raz also smells really strong.

I managed to fall over yesterday and really hurt my left knee, as well as managing a huge bruise on the bottom of my right foot. No idea which leg I should be limping on!
