I'm no expert as I'm new to all this, but I think if it's kinda sticky and creamy or cloudy as opposed to clear then that would indicate you are approaching ovulation. However, I think it returns to the sticky stage after ovulation so depending where you are in your cycle I would say you are either approaching ovulation or post-ovulation. If it turns clear over the next few days I'd say you're ovulating, but if it dries up then you already have ovulated IYSWIM.

I checked mine last night and it was really clear - like totally see-through and very stretchy and based on my cycle I'm bang in the middle of when I thought I would ovulate

Im day 10 in my cycle no ov yet. It was yellow but very stretchy n thick. So shoukd i wait today or bd when i get home?

Coolio - so it sounds like you're approaching ovulation. I would say no harm in BDing, there is a chance you could get pregnant seen as sperm can survive a few days, but make sure you definitely go for it when it becomes clear and stretchy!
