Tealover, fwiw, I think your job sounds miserable and I would hate to have to commute all that way (with or without morning sickness/pg exhaustion/IVF drug side effects/trying to fit in bd when you're exhausted from commuting) and be so far from doc/scan appointments if I was pg or still ttc. It sounds untenable regardless of ttc/pg tbh. I personally would ditch it. It's really not worth the misery, imo.
