Fannyanna - HUGE big giagantic hugs. Please don't be sad. I am terrible for comfort eating. I lost 1 stone (which I needed to) while pregnant due to sickness, and I have put that and erm, also an extra one back on too since the miscarriage. In my head I always think, oh I need to behave and lose weight, but when I am sad food is often something I reach for :o I am very much a yoyo dieter. I have lost and regained the same 6 stone (or parts of it within that bracket) 4 or 5 or maybe even 6 times now in my life. I'm at the heaviest level now I have a range of clothes from size 8-18 that I pull out depending on where I am in the yoyo sliding scale. I don't know what the answer is. I have tried weight watchers, exercise, healthy eating etc, and successfully lost weight (usually when I have a specific target to aim for such as my wedding etc), but then slowly but surely it all creeps back on again until I have a eureka moment and something clicks in my head and I manage to focus successfully on dieting again. Its hard

Please don't blame yourself. PCOS is a genetic disease. You didn't chose to have it.

Have you been prescribed metformin or anything? I just googled PCOS and that came up - I have no idea how it works, so sorry if thats a stupid question.

I think all of us have hidden / deleted pregnant people and / or distanced ourselves in RL from certain people. I have particular bumps or babies which are worse for me for some reason, and I aren't going to torture myself by seeing them all the time. Thats normal. Self preservation

Hi QQ, yes I tested. BFN and my temp has dropped down to the coverline. Pretty sure af is going to show up tonight or tomorrow morning. Am currently sulking with a rather large bar of Aero choc:(

We've really knocked drinking on the head recently, and only have a couple of glasses on Friday and Saturday nights now.

Now i am angry. My ohs aunty n her husband ohs dead moms brother made a who har over the wedding stating if there daughter and her kids couldn't come they werent coming.

Our rule was no cousins so after hearing this we had to invite other cousins to keep them happy.

Oh got phonecall from his dad saying that there now not coming as his uncle slipped and broke his leg

So expense that we didnt need has now been shoved on the damn budget. Kill me now or give me strength either one will do

Atton - I got married last year, and to be honest a couple of people who let me down at the last minute still haven't been forgiven! I do think if you fail to shop up to a wedding at the last moment, costing a huge amount of money, the ball is in YOUR court to get in touch and apologise. But nothing from the 5 people we had who didn't make it!

Anyway, try not to focus on the small stuff. I had the best best day of my life - and once it starts you forget about everything else. I wish we were doing it again.

I did my walk! 10 km, just on 2 hours. I suspect I will pay for that in the morning. Happy weekend to everyone!

Morning ttc'ers.

Lovely sunny day here in London, kind of wish the weather would make it's mind up as to what it wants to do though! Never know what to wear/whether to put the heating on timer etc.

So pee'd on my first ov stick this am...at 5.30! :eek: I woke up busting for a wee so thought I'd go for it, plus I'd been having the weirdest dream about trying to pee on my sticks at my parents old house (we moved out of when i was 16..!!!!!!?/), and in the dream I kept messing the sticks up to was wasting them..anxiety or what??? :rotfl:

Anyway got my first circle, exciting none the less! Hoping to get a smiley soon. Had a total de-fuzz this morning..legs, pits, ahem..the other. I'd say sorry for tmi but..hey we're all friends here!!! :rotfl:

Got to be ready for when that little smiley face arrives!!

Yep lovely and sunny so nice after lots of rain this week! Must make myself get dressed and get out soon!

Not sure if you know but youre not supposed to pee on the ov sticks til after about 11am to allow the hormone to builld up throughout the morning! So maybe your dream about wasting sticks was a premonition!? So anyway if you really think you are about to ov soon, you could do another one this evening! (if you were just doing it for fun then obviously that doesnt matter!)
