  • RazWaz - hugs, hope to 'see' you back on the thread regularly once you're feeling up to it.

Right I'm off to hurl DS about at Gymboree. It's a full on workout for me too!

LOL at you hurling DS around ! Taking my baby to a gymboree class is always one of my day-dreams, going to baby swimming classes too. Lucky you !! Have fun !

Wedding wise i have everything sorted its the paying of the last of it thats tight at the moment. Fstupid sf dragging there heels and the only reason ive not got it yet as insread of taking everything an sending them away and wait that way but no you have everything sent to each place after something else has come back. Lots of weighting and when something comes back and there is a problem they dont tell you sooooo infuriating.

I was supposed to b paid 20th sept now it is looking like the 7th october

Sorry to de-lurk just to have a sulk but I'm having one of those days where it feels the world is falling apart because I can't conceive.

I'm sat in my new 3 bedroom house (which we finally completed on two weeks ago today) which should make me happy but I'm miserable because I feel like it will always just be me and hubby here.

I'm on a bit of a downer about my best friends pregnancy again too. I just can't help but feel jealous. I think my SIL is going to start TTC soon and I know it sounds awful but I can't bear the thought of her getting pregnant.

On Facebook I've blocked those that are pregnant or have recently had babies but this morning I've taken to blocking people who have just got married as I'm half expecting the baby scan pictures next.

And despite all this the thing that I'm most upset/angry about is myself. I have PCOS and don't ovulate and MUST lose weight. But I just seem to be getting bigger. So despite my feelings I have no one to blame but myself :(

Fannyanna - massive ((hugs)). Please don't blame yourself, though - PCOS can make it incredibly difficult to lose weight, even when you are doing your very best to exercise and diet, it can be a struggle.

I don't want to start giving out advice on how to make you feel better, just wanted to say we are all here to listen and to some extent we do understand (I never want to claim that I totally understand how anybody is feeling... but I hope you know what I mean...)

One thing that helped me when we moved into our 3 bed house was to decorate the 'nursery' room as a proper spare room as I found it so depressing looking at it just waiting to be a nursery, and now I love having a proper spare room when people come to stay, and if I have a baby I'm sure it'll cope with the nice blue walls and flowery blind! (I said I wouldn't give out advice, and I think I just did, so I'm sorry if that was very unhelpful)

Anyway, what I'm really trying to say is MASSIVE HUGS xx

Anna it is not your fault you dont control if you ovulate or not

I get the jelousy and if people who know ur problems dont give u leway then remove them from your life

Dont be so harsh on yourself as stressing also is a great barrier when ttc

Awww I regret any and all uncharitable thoughts towards my lovely OH this week, he asked me to take Monday off work and turns out he's booked us a hotel in London for Sunday night and we're doing the Harry Potter studio tour on Monday! :j So excited! :j

Nice to see you back here tealover, don't like it when our ladies disappear! :)

Hope you're feeling a little better Amyloo. When you say your sister is drinking, is it like the odd glass of wine or more regular/heavy drinking? Can see why you've got yourself worked up about it. :)

Love the survival pack present Abis, very clever! :T I'm also doing the lobster claw thing! :D

ETA: Cross posted with you Fanny, but have a big Hug! I don't really have much advice to make you feel better, but I hope you settle into your lovely new home and you can turn the spare room into a nursery sooner rather than later! :)
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

  • Hugs fannyanna.

I've been through a spate of 'hiding' people on FB who are preggers too. One of my NCT friends announced her's recently, and wanted to meet up with me for a coffee, but it was the week I had my early mc and just couldn't face her jabbering on about her morning sickness and scan etc.

T2D - what a great post, full of PMA! Glad to hear that the meeting with red wine helped :D

A 2 hour walk home - that is impressive! Go for it, you will lose weight in no time even if you do that just a couple of times a week!

Best of luck for the FS appointment in October.

Note that it is currently raining... I am preparing the 'not walking home' excuse already! that didn't take long. :rotfl:

Just on the Facebook front... I have hidden a few pregnant people, especially the ones that whinge all the time about being tired/sick/having heartburn... Today there was an advert on the panel at the side which was for Aptamil or something and said 'Expecting a baby?' I hid the advert, and you have to select why you are hiding it (things like 'not relevant', 'not interesting' are options) so I chose 'OFFENSIVE'!!
