Hi ladies, I got a letter yesterday and got the job!!
Unfortunately this means I am definitely off the TTC wagon for a little while now.
Will continue to lurk as I love seeing people get their BFP's!!0 -
Hi amus - congratulations on your new job! All the best!0

Period was due Friday/saturday and did the test on Saturday so period was already due/late when I did it, if AF hasn't arrived by Thursday or Friday I might test again just to make sure.0 -

Had to share this, my OH sent it to me earlier on after I explained to him what PMA stands for..he does make me chuckleMetranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -

purcy, are you sure it's ewcm and not the remains of BD?
Some don't get +OPK, so I'd BD anyway:)
QQ I love the fact that most advice ends in a BD :rotfl: I'll be worn out at this rate!
The first lot definately wasnt leftovers but the origins of anything after that may be questionable
MV love the chart, sometimes it's the little things like that which can cheer you up when things are rough.
Amus congratulations on the job!
spartan army hello! I'm in the same boat as you, I'm new on this forum and have been off the pill for almost 4 weeks I guess we'll have to just wait and see what happens but it's a real pain not knowing isnt it!
Big hugs for those who need them0 -

Sorry if I am meant to post somewhere else first, but I am new to this board and me and hubby are new to TTC
I was just wondering if I could ask a question, I had been on the pill for about 10 years and came off in July. I havent had anything since then...does it take some time for things to settle? I felt really ill for a few weeks after coming off the pill but that was all.
Thanks guys
I think it took me about 6 weeks to get a period, so 4 weeks to ovulate.
And weirdly since Ive had longer cycles than that.... Perhaps I should go back on the pill :rotfl:0 -
Arrghh... driving myself crazy here tonight - someone talk me out of going over to babyandbump! I'm sure AF will show tonight, it's all looking completely normal, b00bs are becoming less painful, mild cramping for a few days, but all stopped now.
I KNOW there is a lull in symptoms before AF - and I am only going to be more upset when it shows up if I let myself get worked up. Would it be totally bad of me to have a sneaky half glass of wine to chill out!
AF is due at midnight. And as it seems I can set a metronome by my cycle, I know I'll drive myself even crazier if it doesn't show up as I go to sleep. I hate this process!0 -
No it would be fine to have a cheeky little glass of vino.
Until your baby is actually feeding via your placenta, a little drink isn't going to make any difference.
It is a painful process I agree!Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0
