HeHe, I should be on commission :D I genuinely don't think you will be disappointed for £67, this phone is an absolute bargain at £100!
I'm already disappointed with itsme. I didn't find the site easy to navigate (the phones are pictured randomnly amongst the other electricals; I went through 20 pages before thinking of the search). Also, it wasn't obvious that the options account was the credit a/c needed (no mention of the £30), but I opened one eventually. My library internet session was coming to an end, and when the £3.95 delivery I selected turned to £4.95 at checkout I became so flustered that I forgot to enter the code to get the £30 :wall:
    What shall I do?
I'd try ...Failing that, a Huawei Ascend G300 or a Samsung Galaxy Ace.
You mention these as if they are in the same league; the Ace is not flash compatible.

? Isme list all the mobiles in one section here:

    http://www.isme.com/electricals/mobile-phones/e/b/4856/s/price,1/r/100.end?trail=4739-4856

You could always ring up and say you forgot to input the code so would like to cancel your order? I'm sure they would work something out for you.

No need, I went to check my account and the balance was £0.00. I clicked the tracking facility 'where's my order?' which showed the £103.95 transaction as 'credit rejected'. Quite bizarre, considering minutes earlier they had granted me an account with a credit limit of £750!
Luckily, I remembered someone else posting that they had still got their voucher code accepted when paying by card, so I logged back into the account and paid by credit card when prompted. A popup said the £30 would be recredited to the card (screenprint taken!), and Saturday delivery was backdown to £3.95, so with £100+ CC protection*, an even better deal than with the credit account. Would advise those who don't need the credit to still apply for it but use CC or debit card as alternative payment method..
I now fear the courier turning up tomorrow with two identical packages, but I've made a note of both order numbers; am I entitled to refuse the earlier one?

How do you strike through text that you want to edit but leave the original legible?

Thanks everyone for your advice on this thread I have found it very helpful. So helpful that I have went for it as my vf contract runs out next month! First dabble into smartphone world & for that price is a goer from me!:j
    Shop one - A vs T
    Shop two - A vs W
    And then repeat :j:j:j
    & now add - A vs S
What the heck A vs the world :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

How about a low usage contract on a cash back deal? e.g. Mobiles.co.uk, Galaxy Ace, 24m talkmobile, 50mins, 200texts,100MB data for an effective £4.70/month, total cost £113, go through TCB for £30 back. Or there's a deal with more than twice that for just £5/month.
Would mean no worries about extra charges. Claiming the cash back is not hard, you just have to be organised - have to send in 5 bills over the 2 years.

Haven't some of these cashback companies gone bust, with no obligations on the retailer? 2 years is a long time to trust this sort of outfit to stay in business. The Ace can't play BBC iPlayer, so is less desirable than the G300 which can still be had for about £67 with isme through Quidco.

Agreed there is always that (small) risk, which can be mitigated by choosing the company carefully. Mobiles.co.uk is part of carphone warehouse. They have been 100% reliable in paying out to me so far so would recommend this if you are organised enough.
Also agree Galaxy Ace seems a fairly low end Android - but it seemed fit for purpose for the OP. if you want to watch TV on the phone, this would mean a much more data heavy contract would be needed, so this seems to be moving away from the original remit.

Would never ?? watch tv on the phone , have received the 'sim' card this morning , looks like the G300 will be getting a new owner.

Unless someone posts in the next 48 hours.

Looks like I have seen this too late then. When I suggested 'watching TV', it was just an example of 101 things you could do with this phone that you don't know about.:wall:
Selling it just because nobody on this thread has the time to make a comprehensive list for you is just burying your head in the sand.
There again, maybe that's a good thing; you can't miss what you don't know exists.

Too true , survived many years without a mobile phone glued to my ear .
Grateful for ALL the replies , but when you phone me , don't be surprised if the phone is still switched off and living in the glove box.
