Credit Card Challenge Anyone?

Hi everyone - welcome
Let the challenge commence!!
Things that I do to make extra cash include:
Working on AQA (Any Questions Answered) by answering questions that people text in. I get paid 30p per question so it does really mount up quite quickly over the month. It's a bit difficult to get into though as they don't recruit for the UK very often and they say you need a degree (although I don't have one & they accepted me!). See http://www.63336.com
I also do mystery shopping. There's a mystery shopping thread on the DFW board which is great.
I enter competitions when I can and do quite well out of it. I won a Playstation 3 the other day and a Camcorder a few weeks ago. The sites I use for that are http://www.theprizefinder.com and http://www.loquax.co.uk. I also use another competition website but you have to pay to join that. There is also a competition board on MSE which is good.
I sell bits and pieces on Ebay. I look out for good freebies on the Freebies board or the discount board which I might be able to sell. I also go around charity shops occasionally to see if there's anything there I could sell on for a profit. Carboots can be good for that too.
If you've got a lot of clutter then the carboot season is coming up again - I always do 2 carboots a year.
Can't think of anything else just yet - anyone else got any other ideas?0 -

I've started clearing out my room to ebay as much as possible along with collecting points on pigsback and lightspeed (I've just ordered £20 of vouchers from pigsback) and keeping my eyes peeled for any part time jobs that fit round my other work. Also looking towards claiming bank charges back, got all my statements ready, need to open an umbrella account now before I post off the letter!
BUT I've got to fork out for road tax tomorrow so I need to get into gear!
Hi
How much are you trying to clear and what's the debt?

Hi Emily
Can I join please. This is just what I need. My credit card balance is 2436.00 and I am sick of it. I don't think I can pay it off in 2 months but I will do my best and have a good go at it.
This will be my first challenge and I am looking forward to it.

I have 2 CCs of about £450 each so can i join too please?
I struggle to find ways of making EXTRA money too though - i really dont have time for a second job, already sell stuff on ebay (but the house is looking pretty sparse!). I do pigsback and stuff but again, the majority of points come from spending money in the first place!
I've never done one of these challanges before - any tips from the experienced people to get me started?0 -
