Yes it was, someone else posted it on the first day of the glitch.

BS could have cancelled all the orders and would have been within their rights to do so, there are other retailers who have cancelled glitch orders of far less value (joules, charles Tywhitt amongst others). Whatever BS reasons for letting the glitch run and for honouring the orders, promotion, marketing, discontinued stock etc, i'm really glad they did:)

Yeah, they have done a good job sending all these bargains out. Was the Charles Tywhitt 'offer' the boxer shorts that were over priced to start with?

I think the BS have probably have broken even with this offer anyway. The parcels don't cost that must to send really. The read an article recently that they pay the parcel companies about £1 a parcel.

Yes it was the overpriced boxers! The joules offer glitch was on reduced dodgy coloured tights, not only did they not honour it I didnt even get an email to tell me that they weren't sending them, despite getting a confirmation email!

Experiences like this certainly give you a good indication of a companies customer service

A way you could find out is search the mens items and if the box is not there it's for women

Edit, had a quick look couldn't see it in men's section, but it does look & sound like it is for a man.
