Yes on the dispatch email you will have the number of items dispatched thats the confusing bit as previously stated 2 of the same items count as 1

If you have a number after your item (further down after the actual amount of items sent) then you will get the items, if that makes sense ::)

Drat, Wednesdays dispatched and gift sets missing...which is a shame because I had them sent to a friend as a pressy for her...she'll wonder what I've sent her a card for:(

Don't want to get your hopes up, but I think that in previous BS glitches, when this happened, someone waited till the item was back in stock, phoned bs customer support and they then sent out the missing item no cost. BS customer service is usually excellent.

This does of course depend on the items coming back in stck, and if it was one of the Eid packaged items, this may not happen.

Also want to thank the op hugely again for this one - have lots of goodies on their way to me including giftsets, make-up, make-up brushes, diffusers, fragrance - each item costing just over £3. Absolutely ****** fantastic :beer:

oh, and quite a lot of showergel and a few extra lyb cards which I discounted in my budget/pricing, but which will be a very welcome bonus

Just thinking that even if I keep the card to claim my birthday gift, it will still have cost me £2.99 for the shower gel so I might just return them.

What do I say if I want to return the card and the shower gel?

I've never had to return something before so don't know what to do or say. Will they refund the full £7.99?

Hi

You don't need any reason other than that you have changed your mind. If you cancel within 7 days after receiving the items, and return the items as new, then they will refund the full amount inc p & p but you may have to pay postage to return the items - see below.

1) Order Cancellation
You may change your mind and cancel your order within SEVEN (7) working days after the day you receive your goods. If you choose to cancel your order we will refund:

• the full purchase price
• the delivery charges incurred in delivering the goods to you

Note: If you choose to cancel your order you will be expected to return the goods in your order to us in perfect condition. The Body Shop will NOT refund the return delivery charges (cost for returning goods to us) and if you fail to return goods to us we may charge you for the cost incurred in collecting them from you.

Could you not return to store with your original order email and the dispatch one, and if they have the items in store can they not give them to you to complete the order

Sorry never returned anything to the body shop so don't know if this is possible?

So it probably makes more sense to keep the shower gel and card. Especially as there are offers through the year for card holders.
