My order from Thursday morning, normal delivery has just been dispatched :-)

They must have them in on overtime, I have just had 3 standard delivery orders dispatched today from Thursday

EDIT: Just had 2 dispatch emails for standard delivery from Fridays orders.

Just check my account and it says that my wed order has been despatched but I'm not getting my gift sets. Just the shower gel and the card. I ordered before 8am on Wed and chose the coconut and the medium gift set.

ETA: Medium Strawberry gift set

You could not sign for the order and return it that way for a refund. Or the other option is to take the LYB card and gel to the shop and get your refund that way. If you go back to the shop make sure you take your invoice and email confirmation with you. Just check as well you don't need anything else.
