I will just keep it and use the card to get my £5 birthday gift. I feel a bit annoyed as it has taken them this long to despatch when clearly they have been despatching other orders after the wednesday ones. Aw well it was worth a try. x

On the email does it have a zero next to the gift boxes?

I only ask because on my dispatch email of last week, it said 1 would be getting 3 items

2 x gift boxes
1 x LYB card
1 x free shower gel (in the early days of the glitch)

Because they count 2 of the same item as 1, and they still count the LYB card as 1 even though they don't include it in the delivery.

But I got all my items.

That's okay then. I did not want you to think you had wasted money on a card and gel. As they would have to refund the postage anyway if you cancelled. Hope you get your other orders soon

Am I right in thinking that if you have a number after the item on the dispatch e mail and not a zero you will get your stuff???

My BS account says a 0 next to the gift sets and a 1 next to the shower gel and the gift card.

My email: Just says the shower gel and the card. No mention of the gift sets.

If the gift sets were on the original order confirmation, then query it with them. Don't mention the glitch, but just call them or email them and explain you ordered 2 gift sets which have not been sent.

Still got 2 orders dispatched yesterday so can't complain. Still getting 4 smaller gift sets (under £20 size) at a great price. I was expecting it to happen TBH, as other peoples orders were being dispatched while mine was being left. Good luck everyone. x
