New body shop glitch!!!

When it happened to me I contacted TBS, you can email or phone, depending on how quickly you want results, they explained that it was due to making more than one order a day but apologised for the inconvenience and said that they would unblock the card and I would be free to make orders again. It was done very quickly so if I were you I would contact them rather than waiting for it to unblock.

I know they will look at your account if you contact them but this wasn't an issue for myself or several others when this happened during a glitch a few years back? They didn't mention the orders I had been trying to make, just unblocked the card?

I used the same card for 6 orders

I am still awaiting on 1 from Thursday and 4 from yesterday to be dispatched all of which I used standard delivery.

I can't see there being any stock for Wednesdays orders to be honest...I have a feeling just a shower and card will be coming:(

I have to agree. its not looking good especially when my thursday order has been despatched. they seem to be dispatching the most recent orders first for some reason. but then again if there is no stock why dont they just get on with the dispatch of the shower gel and card Cant complain as i have done quite well just really wanted the wed order the most.

this is where the express delivery comes in because people paid the extra they take priority over standard delivery, my one ordered this morning has taken priority over my other 4 from yesterday which were all standard delivery.

If I receive just a shower gel and card then they will be returned to my local body shop for a refund, as I will just say that I really wanted the buy 2 get 2 free deal that is why I added all 4 items.

Yes I've just had my dispatch email for my wednesday order and looks like everythings coming !!
