I don't think any stock has come back in stock since the begging of this glitch. I don't think the stuff in the gift sets does go off. If you are worried you could undo one of the sets and just open the sets and have a look. You still can place an order if you want any other two product by placing two LYB card in the basket and any two other products. You just pay £12.99 for the two cards. You probably know this anyway as you have been following this thread, So, sorry if it is a repeat. hth

Thanks 310. The shower creme still smells fine, but am always concerned about the butter as they melt easily and always look like some is missing when you open them. Maybe I could just buy another butter near xmas, but am trying not to spend more on the same things lol!

Think I may have ordered a couple too many
Anyone any experience with exchanging items from online purchases instore
Would they do if same Price? With or without receipt?

I LOVE moringa. Beautiful fragrance and the products are really moisturising and good for my skin :-)

Moringa is lovely one of my favourites after Satsuma that is pity there isn't a Satsuma gift set would of loved those

Hi, I just tried to place my first order and it worked fine till I signed in, put my address in.It then took the discount off and it was full price. Help, what did I do wrong?:(

Hi celebrate, I have also ordered a couple too many of moringa and wondered the same as you although a few people have said it smells lovely. I've had all despatch emails now but the coconut set is missing off my first order and that's the one I really wanted but it went oos on my second order, wonder if they do it I store and I could exchange a moringa set ?

I don't need gift sets? Have been waiting for the LYB cards to come back in stock (asked to be e-mailed but when they sent it, it still showed out of stock?). I'd read you could just order any two products and get them free so long as you add a LYB card and the w code and just pay for the LYB card and delivery? It's not working though? Can anyone help?

Hi, did you put 2 lyb cards and 2 other items and free shampoo or conditioner ? I did my orders on Friday but apparently you have to put in 2 cards now hth
