Latest from me is that Citizens Advice adised me to send a letter recorded delivery informing that the contract is cancelled and that they are to return my payment. Douby this will do any good but we'll see.If I was rich I wouldn't care about money. Think I should be rich because I don't care about money now! :beer:0

Maybe your question should have been asked in the

There is a lot of information there about your rights.I think the surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us.0 -
I appear to have been scammed by a company called Black Sky Retail Limited, which runs deep-signal. On further digging it turns out that the Director, Tony Robinson, is known to this site through a previous venture (Armadillo Music Technology Limited operating as welovetech. I found Tony's LinkedIn account: tony-robinson/42/525/49. Seems to be a fine upstanding gentleman with solid A Levels, a degree in nursing and some jolly good contacts.
Sadly of his two companies, Armadillo Music Technology Limited is in the process of being struck off and Black Sky Retail Limited seems to think it's OK to take money for goods and then not supply them nor respond to complaints.
Does anyone else think they've been scammed by deep-signal / Black Sky Retail Limited?0 -
Anyone who thinks they have been scammed by deep-signal or black sky retail should contact www (dot) actionfraud (dot) police (dot) uk and give them as much information as possible. I have reported them after not recieving my goods despite the money having been taken. The more information actionfraud get the easier it will be to stop this happening to other people0

I've been scammed by this lot lately too. Have notified action fraud by just in case that line of action doesn't suit you, here's his fb account. facebook (dot) com/tony (dot) robinson (dot) 18290

Yeah, just been turned over by deep-signal (blue sky) too. My fault for not exercising due diligence. Not looking for my £500 back, I know that's gone, but some justice would be nice. Will contact the links above.0

Black Sky Retail Ltd registered address is 207 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH...quite why Mr Robinson wants a London address is beyond me...maybe he's trying to hide his shady/incompetent past with a posh address. I shall be sending my Letter Before Action to this address informing him he has 2 weeks to send a refund or Court action will be started. Sadly Newcastle Trading Standards, and Northumbria Police have not been able to extract any funds or prosecute Mr Robinson...despite there being 93 complaints about his business practices at We Love Tech, and later Black Sky Retail.
It may not do any good, but nobody wants a CCJ for a new year present.
He is the most competent incompetent I know. Remember, he's living off (y)our money, so don't give in, and stop him screwing over someone else. One day this crook will be nailed.0
