    The Tyrone address appears to be a bungalow and small farm holding. The postcode is a little off, but the actual address of 18 Sommerville Road is genuine - it was easier to look through planning consents to identify the property as it also shows the plans of the site/location.

    using that to link back to google maps gives you the farm - its on the crossroads, not where google says it is http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&cp=8&gs_id=2&xhr=t&q=BT82+9QZ&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.&biw=1280&bih=631&wrapid=tljp134501573924200&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wl

    With regard the apparent fraud.

    I think you should report the crime to your local police who will not even look up from their donuts but who will record the crime and hopefully give you a crime reference number.

    Then go to YOUR bank and report to them that a fraud has taken place on your account, giving them the crime reference number to support your view. Then ask them for a timescale to investiagte the matter and insist they do so within 14 days - speak to the Manager if necessary, let these people earn their money for once. You really need to be firm and on their backs (but not aggressive of course).

    The chances of success are still slim as the bank have done nothing wrong - you asked them to transfer money from A to B and they did just that, however, they should still help a customer of theirs in time of need.
    Anger ruins joy, it steals the goodness of my mind. Forces me to say terrible things. Overcoming anger brings peace of mind, a mind without regret. If I overcome anger, I will be delightful and loved by everyone.

    Okay; so we now know who he is and where he is.

    Perhaps worth contacting his local councillors;

    and the NI version of Trading Standards;

    Hello everyone.

    I too am a victim of these fraudsters to the tune of £520, so I did some digging too...

    James Darren Doyle registered address is Shakespere's Cottage, 1 Catchwell Road, Dipton, Stanley Durham DH9 9AL.
    His number is now ex-directory, so by being told that I suspect he lives there.
    They no longer trade from 52 Deneside Court, Jesmond, Newcastle as this is a rented flat.
    They have moved 'to the Durham area' (possibly/probably the Dipton address?) so I am told by Newcastle Trading Standards, (0191 621 2121) Alister Bradley and David O'Brian are the contacts. I suggest people call them and add to the complaint about these individuals.

    Barclays Bank aren't interested, so I am writing to the Financial Ombudsman. Barclays are protecting improper fraudulent activity in my eyes.

    I also reported them to Action Fraud. I suggest people do the same.

    I have also emailed Watchdog, Scammed, and Don't Get Done Get Dom. I suggest others do too. It can only help our cause.

    The other people listed on Companies House are Tony Robinson 18 Somerville Road, Strabane, County Tyrone, BT82 9QZ (the registered address of Armadillo Music Technology) (tel 02871382028), as mentioned in a previous thread,
    and a girl called Lynn Nelson.
    Her address is listed as Douglas Bridge, Strabane, County Tyrone, BT82 8QD, which is similar to the registered address.

    Robinson is also listed as Cheif Exec at Pure LLC and Business Development manager at Ataxia Network. May be worth giving them a call? It says on his LinkedIn account that he was at Armadillo Music until August 2011.

    As for Doyle's telephone number. I'll have it please. I'll gladly call him day and night.

    Let's pull together and fight our cause.

    James

    It's against the rules of this forum to post the contact details of individuals, which is why I linked to them.

    I don't have Doyle's 'phone number, only Robinson's, which you already have.
