You don't need a PS3 to upscale DVD resolutions. I've two DVD upscalers meself - a Relysis @£40 from Ebuyer and an LG @£70 from Currys. They work great!

If I'd bought 2 PS3s I'd be shafted for the best part of 850 notes:eek:

Against my better judgement, my son has decided to buy a PS3 so can I just ask if anyone knows if there is a difference between the ones with the silver trim and the all black ones.

Definitely no expert, but I believe the all black ones have not been released in the UK yet and are the 20gb ones, whilst the silver trimmed ones are the 60gb version.

The reason I ask is that GU are showing both and they are quoting both as 60GB

Blu-Ray Casino Royale did go as low as £11.95 delivered from http://www.blahdvd.com Prices have gone up a bit now to £12.95
