Order cancellation timescale??

Ha, good result, what a bunch of mugs. It might be worth remembering next time (and let's face it, there always is one) that contacting the boss direct sometimes works wonders and can avoid long drawn-out court cases. I've known two people who had disputes with a company who found out the boss's email and not only was the situation sorted immediately, they both got their stuff for free (some kitchen gear in one case and £140 pair of boots in another).

I would have gone to the boss normally, but when I asked them to speak to a manger they said there was no manager and called me a clown!

But all in all a good result. Wish I got some free stuff like your mate though! That would have been nice.
