I tend to just eat dinner/tea too. I do have a low cal soup on standby for lunch just in case. But I prefer a big veg stir fry at tea time and then snack on fruit in the evening. But I'm still new so I'm finding what works for me.0

They're not fast days but even though I fasted last weeek, the effect of the weekend meant that I didnt lose any weight at my last weigh in. Where does my willpower go?!?
I find using a site like Myfitnesspal good for keeping track of my eating on non fast days too as otherwise I would give in to eating loads and then not really be benefiting from the fast days. Thats why things like weight watchers work for a lot of people as writing down what you are eating makes you notice how much more you are eating than you really need.Home Schooling mum budgeting for 2 adults, 2 teens, 2 little ones & 3 cats

I use myfitnesspal too, but I find that I'm less strict at the weekends. Before October I was making food plans for the week which was keeping me on track, so I might need to go back to that. Right now my weekends are pretty unstructured and that reflects in my food choices.0 -

If you can, go for a walk. Nothing like fresh air and moving away from temptation.
If you can't, just try to brush your teeth. It puts me off eating for at leats 30min as toothpaste doesn't go with food.I lost my job as a cricket commentator for saying “I don’t want to bore you with the details”.Milton Jones0 -

Not sure if you're male or female (but suppose doesn't really matter either way!) but get into crafting - crochet, knitting, cross stitch, card making etc :-)
Keeping your hands busy really helps. Also try to avoid t.v watching especially in evening as that just makes the food cravings worse.Home Schooling mum budgeting for 2 adults, 2 teens, 2 little ones & 3 cats

After tea I quite happily take myself off to bed, because I have a strict no eating rule in any bedroom. I don't seem to mind or bother with hunger during the day, but it's after I have eaten and then I could eat a scabby horse, even a Tesco burger if I had too0 -
Finding today hard - guess it's the cold - and am desperate for bread. Might have a big sandwich tonight for dinner.0
