    I would have told myself:

    - Stay fit. You can't carry on eating like a horse and not put weight on if you don't stay fit.

    - Don't pay attention to others opinions of you. What you do is your business and as long as it's hurting no-one else then other people can quite frankly take a long walk off a short pier. Jealousy can be a real thorn in your side.

    - Stay single. Stay rich. Enjoy the single lifestyle as long as you can. Don't settle for 2nd best and don't allow your current GF to dictate who your friends should be.

    - Pay more attention to the advice your parents provided. They did know better, regardless of what I used to think.

    - The numbers for the £161,653,000 Euromillions draw on the 12th July 2011 are going to be: 17, 19, 38, 42 and 45, and the Lucky Stars will be 9 and 10.......

    My advice to me:

    - Appreciate your Mum, she'll be gone all too soon.
    - Be a better sister when she does go (and before that, really).
    - Don't put so much weight on, it truly is harder to shift when you get to 30!
    - Get rid of that first loser, he's an idiot, and you know it. Be strong, he will go away eventually.
    - Don't push that special someone away so much at the beginning - he really doesn't deserve such a hard time because of some other loser.
    - Make your DH get professional help earlier. He won't like it, but it'll be worth it.
    - Do your bl00dy homework!

    Much love

    NEVER agree to marry anyone.

Your mother is the most amazing person in your life. Yes, always!

Yes, you DO have a maternal bone in your body.

No, you won't be dead by the time you're 40.

You will always want more money than you have.

Your bum never looked big in anything, it's a stupid question to ask.

But mostly, what I wish I could make the painfully shy 16 year old me realise, is that life is NOT a rehearsal, you only get one shot at it (re-incarnation aside) and you mustn't waste a minute worrying about what other people think.

    So sad :(

    Dont be so frightened x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Back away from the credit card! Don't get an overdraft and definitely don't get a loan!

Save! If you start saving 40% of your income, from day 1 at work, you will be able to afford to buy your own place before you're 25!!!

Eat more healthily! Conquer the food demons so that you're not living on junk!

Don't quit the exercise when you leave school, it's keeping your back healthy and pain free!

    Don't lose your voice....for anyone.

    Quit the smoking too!

Ignore most of the drama around you, it's mostly inconsequential bulls**t.

Cherish every second with your family - they are the ones who stand by you through thick and thin, who hold you up when you're too weak to do so. This may not be the case for everyone, but it is for you, and you are soooo lucky to have that!

If you happen to meet euromorris any earlier, seduce him! Hold onto him! If you have the chance to live abroad thanks to him, take it, but only on a temporary basis.

Oh yeah, and enjoy your 18 year old body! You have no idea how bl00dy lovely it is and how badly I am trying to get it to resemble it again!

It's not all about you! No, EVERYBODY is not watching you as you come into a room, waiting for you to trip over/make a mistake ...they are all worrying that they might trip over make a mistake!

If you think a something is a good idea, think about it overnight - and if in the morning it seems like a good opportunity - seize it!

Save, save, save - and save a little more - but when the rainy day comes - spend it.

And don't worry, it will come out alright in the end. You will not die of a broken heart - hearts mend more easily than you think.

Always stand on your own two feet - you can survive on your own - and enjoy your own company - when you find that you are good company, so do other people. And always love yourself as well as your family. Be kind to you. x

    1: You are Not Fat
2: You do not need to be one of the 'cool' crowd to be happy
3: Just because they are family doesn't mean they can't hurt you
    4: SAVE MONEY!
5: Live life to make yourself happy, you can't possibly please everyone else.

Wow!!! That is EXACTLY what i would put. Well for 1. I am fat (a bit) but thats nothing to be ashamed of, if you can't love yourself then who can.

Oh and also I wish i could tell myself that having ginger hair is a wonderful thing...it took me YEARS to realise it and i wouldnt change it for all the tea in China!! :)
