ok so.... no reply to my email (dont think i was expecting one to be honest)

but anyway, I got my £5 voucher for the dishwasher powder trial i was doing at the time they threw me out....

Well I won't be doing any more product testings for Givaudan if I have to take calls and answer their questions instead of filling out an online questionnaire.

I received my call this morning instead of this afternoon and spent 20 minutes on the phone answering daft questions yet again. I was then told to sniff inside each of the bags the dishwasher tablets came in to see what I thought of them. B****y hell, they were strong, that couldn't have done me any good, a couple were chemical and one was lemony, I won't be doing that again and will pass if another survey or product testing comes up like that again, it was ridiculous and I'm still fuming.

Got a really long boring survey from them today about new cleaning product concepts, think that is only the second survey I've had from them this year (and completed), no dishwasher in our house

Well do you know we none of us have to do any of it if we don't want to !

Yup there's a bit of a language hiccup at times but I've been getting my £5 vouchers without trouble. So maybe I've just been lucky but this is totally our choice.

If it doesn't work for you , which is a pain, just give it a miss.

I have been kicked off too - no idea why as I sent the forms back straight away! I only received a £5 voucher about a month ago so why they have decided I haven't sent my forms now I don't know?!

Anyone else trialling another lot of dishwasher powder? I got my 2nd lot yesterday and it's awful!!! It smells better than the first (which isn't hard, as they 1st lot had no smell), but none of my dishes came out clean. They had this horrible white powdery residue on them and the powder just caked in the dispenser and has run all down the inside of the door and solidified at the bottom. It was a 75 degree wash too. To think I just cleaned my dishwasher before using it :S Whole lot has gone on again.
