i just received an email from them that i have been removed from there panel..has anyone else received the emai. i just got their dishwashing powder last week

This is what I got. I have emailed back saying that I posted the questionnaire 2 days after I received it which was months ago.

Dear Madam,
According to our records, you were a panelist for Givaudan and participated in various online surveys or tests at home.

To date, after checking our 2014 files, we have not received your Usage & Attitude questionnaire that we sent to you.

We would like to remind you that this questionnaire is necessary to extend your membership of our Panel.

If you believe you have returned it and we have not recorded it, several reasons could explain why your questionnaire has not been received or rejected:

- Your questionnaire has been lost in the post

- Information was missing from your questionnaire (personal details, Shampoo category not filled in etc. ) and it has therefore been destroyed

- Your email address was incorrect and it has therefore been destroyed

Consequently, you are now unfortunately no longer a member of our Panel, and if you took part in any surveys in 2014, these points have not been counted.

Wow! No, I am shocked though!
I have also got the dishwasher powder.

Just thinking I did get an email from them today. It said something about wanting me to know the dishwasher trial had begun and I will be getting a link to the questionnaire on the 21/22nd.

Are you sure you read it correctly? what did the email say?

Usage and attitude questionnaire? was that the big questionnaire paper book with many questions? Lost in the post, sounds like the one.

It took Givaudan months to say I was back in. There was a long Que. of paper books to be looked at.

Thats terrible.
It took them months to tell me that I was confirmed on the panel - even then, it was shortly after I chased them up. They're not very organised, this lot.

I hope you can sort it out with them. (If you want to, of course)

I am so annoyed as I have been with them for years, I have emailed saying that the questionnaire was sent back months ago and its more likely that its been lost on someones desk because its been so long.

We will see if they even reply

:mad: I got the same email.... I posted the questionnaire back the same day I received it.... I replied to them saying I posted it back so please don't remove me.
I also have the dishwasher powder so asked what would happen with that...will I get the £5 voucher for completing???
I'm really quite annoyed.... and sad.... the vouchers helped with buying shoes for the kids lol
