well...after been "removed" from the panel...today I got an email inviting me to apply for a dishwasher trial...one where they call you....seems strange to me!!!:eek:

Clix research is nothing to do with givuadan, you don't get much from them do be honest. Maybe a few questionnaires every now and again and the odd cleaning product to try and then every year you get the big paper book to fill in and if you are lucky a full size expensive perfume to thank you for being on the panel.

And....still waiting for a response to my email stating how suprised I was that I'd been deleted - and no sign of a new questionnaire either...if that arrives, it'll be heading straight to the recycle bin!

I got a reply but not answering why it had taken them 5 months to inform me that they hadnt received my questionnaire :mad:

I had a similar situation a few years back where I completed the questionaire and sent it back but they claimed non receipt....following an email to them I was eventually asked to re apply but in taking me back on I was treated as a completely new panellist...so wasnt entiltled to the perfume gift until I had completed a full year with them,which meant that I missed out the following year..


It sounds as if you are going to be in the same situation...and since I believe that they have also changed the perfume giving to every 2 years it may be quite a while before they reward you with the gift.


its so flustrating because I know I returned my forms but the language barrier comes up and they seem to ignore any query or answer it in the way they want to...

I emailed them asking where my replacement questionnaire was and got this very short reply back!

Yes, my last call is tomorrow afternoon. Trying to think of 5 words each time to describe how I feel or how the dishes are when I open the dishwasher/packet/cupboard door is getting a bit trying now. I have to keep saying 'sparkling' 'happy' etc. I feel a bit daft but the packets have all given me the same results! lol
