I got the email that I had been removed too, what the heck is going on ? I have been with them for years and spent ages going through that questionnaire. Maybe they want new people with new ideas .

I just got a new questionnaire to answer on air fresheners (something I don't really use, but these sound different and interesting). So,looks like I'm staying....!

I have also received that e-mail telling me that I removed from their panel. It's after I completed and send that big questionnaire to them on the same day I received it!

I had the air freshner survey aswell, in fact I have done quite a few surveys this year but I still got the email.

I got the same email and was rather annoyed too! Debating whether to rejoin because they seem so disorganised and the wording of their emails leaves a lot to be desired - ho hum!

Have any of you, who were removed from their panel, received a reply to your explanation that you sent a form to them as soon as received? I wrote to them yesterday but it seems that they decided to ignore us without even giving a chance of explanation! Will not be re-joining them.

I got the e mail too,have done lots of surveys this year and currently on the dishwasher trial,but only one bottle arrived with the top on,the other 2 were all over the box! E mailed them to explain what had happened and to inform them that the form was sent back at the beginning of Feb and I had no reason to think that they had not received it,no reply to either e mail after 36 hours...

I'm appalled at the way members have been treated by Givaudan. If members have sent back the questionnaires and Givaudan haven't received them, then yes, they have probably got lost in the post as they say. If that's the case, why don't they just send out another questionnaire rather than remove you from the panel? I know it's a right pain filling it out but at least it gives you the chance to stay with them. :-(


I've just had their latest 'Urgent' e-mail re another dishwashing product test after my paltry 3 pots a couple of weeks ago and apparently someone will be ringing me for the results this time. Should be interesting with the language barrier!

I never even got a reply to my email to them asking why it had taken them 5 months to let me know that they hadn't received my questionnaire :mad::mad:
