Might try car boot sale tomorrow that consultant mentioned. Want to look for a small trampoline for me...:o

    Jo

Hope you went to the car boot Jo cos I saw 2 or 3 trampettes (?).

It wasn't as big as it usually is but got a few bargains and a stack of thrillers!
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

morning everyone! (hehe i know it's late, but i had a lovely lie in, so it feels like morning to me!!)
I'm feeling determined today to 1) eat less and well and 2) get my work done.
having breakfast/lunch now - 2 small clementines and a bowl of salad with a dollop of tomato pasta salad (lidls) dont know how many calories that is, i'm still learning how to count calories and just guessing most of the time (plus i figure things like salad/fruit, although have calories, dont really matter as they are mostly water and vitamins etc).

can anyone reccommend a good online calorie counter?? i've tried searching but mainly can only find US ones and ones that give details per 100g, whereas i would rather have per portion, i.e. a slice of bread. thanks!

Dinner tonight is going to be grilled pork and apple sausages, with jacket potato and 3 tbsp heinz beans, mini corn on the cob, and either broccoli and carrots or salad depending on what OH wants!

hope everyone's having a lovely sunny sunday. wish i could be out in the good weather, but i know I only have to work hard for a little while and it will all be over in less than a month (last exam may19th!), then i'll have a lovely long summer!!

Will weigh in tomorrow as i'm going to go to the gym or play squash (again, depending on what OH feels like) so hopefully i can see myself getting back on track and back on the chart.

    K x

Well all good plans go wrong!
Was intending to go for my first training jog and lo and behold its belting down here in Manchester!
Have cleaned the whole house from top to bottom instead and am now thinking about cooking Sunday dinner. Have loads of yummy veg and roasties etc so will probably eat lots of good for you stuff and then hibernate on the sofa for the rest of the afternoon.

Weighed again this morning (as its really supposed to be Sunday not Saturday for weigh in) and have definitely maintained. I suppose that's OK as I have had a poor week with food (through work and family commitments) and I'm now starting again from today. Been very good so far - long walk with the dog this morning and plenty of vigourous cleaning (about 2 hrs worth - that must be burning up some fat??)

    Hope its sunny somewhere else!

How about this?:j I had a dress from Wallis they no longer sell in the shops that I bought off ebay but never got to wear and now is too large so uploaded it and sold it for a measly £5 but then waiting for it to come off I looked to see if anyone was selling the same dress but 2 sizes smaller and yes there it was coming off in 11 mins so waited and won it for £1.04 (£5 including postage):j :j

Could run a swap shop me:D

    Well done on maintaining rach

Did someone say it was Sunday  Had a great time at the wedding yesterday, went to bed at 330am and up again at 730am with the worst headache ever  Couldn't get back to sleep after that as the hotel room was really bright and roasting. Only for drinking pints of water for the last hour :A it would have been much worse - am shattered now, been snoozing on and off since we got home this afternoon - hoping to get kids to bed soon then heading that way myself! It was a great day, the dress fitted ok and I got lots of compliments :T

Day one tomorrow - hope the work shirt/thing goes ok Suggs x

    Hi peeps

I really need to losse some weight or i'm going to have to buy new summer clothes....yeah any excuse lol. I'm hoping there are others feeling the same and we can support each other.

I have loads to lose, but going to take it a stone at a time. Last years clothes are size 18/20 so a stone should get me back in them at least.

Anyone else up for another challenge?
