    Hi
Just did my body image picture thingy and its not as bad as I thought. If it's right I am thinner than I see myself in the mirror! I would post it up for you to see but don't know how to! Weird how we see ourselves is probably completely diffrent to how others see us.
Still got at least 10 lbs to go though before I 'm happy.

    Hi Rachel

If you want to post your model, save the picture to your computer, then upload it to photobucket or a similar website. Once done you will see at the bottom of the uploaded picture 3 link options. Click the bottom one to copy it - its the one surrounded by [img.......img]. It's this string option that you paste into MSE to display the chart.

Any one doing anything exciting this weekend? The OH wants me to go to bed shops and bounce on the mattresses to test them - alone ! He's not around and therefore wants me to humiliate myself on my own!
    We'll see.......:o

Hehe :rotfl: that sounds like fun!! :j

It's my cousin's wedding this weekend, and I'm being maid of honour. I'm a bit nervous as i've never been 'in' a wedding before, even at my parent's weddings (seperate weddings, to other people). I might fall over or something :o or suddenly get a massive spot between now and then on the end of my nose!!

I have got my dress in my room and tried it on numerous times and it fits well, got some super 'hold you in' tights to make up for my pathetic effort to lose my belly by now! It's black, and i have high heels, so it's quite a 'slimming' look anyway, fingers crossed!

Well, i'm not going to be 'good' this weekend, that's obvious :o, there'll be wine and champers, a main meal at the reception and a buffet in the evening! followed by a sunday lunch with the family the next day. (and as a poor student i am obliged by the 'student code' to eat as much food as i possibly can when it's free!!!)
So tomorrow i will be extra good so as not to be bloated, and monday will be Day One Yet Again!!! (i'm still determined to lose my belly by summer!!)

Hope eveyone has a happy and good weekend, and if not then at least have a fun one!

    Hi all

I've made some slight changes to the chart - shortcut here.

I hope Marion (retiredlady) won't mind me telling you that she pm'd me today to ask me to change her total weight loss, as she had already lost 47 lbs before joining the 2 pound club, and she quite rightly wanted to see the very impressive true total of 72 pounds. :T Well done Marion.

It made me realise that I need to remind myself of how well I've done, so without wanting to steal Marion's limelight, I've also decided to show how much less I weigh than when I had my lightbulb moment. Hopefully it will give me the motivation I need to stay on track until I get back to target again. :o

Well done Victory, good on you for trusting yourself :) Bad on you for weighing in again :) Though to be honest I do onder about the Boots machines, sometimes my one isnt perfectly flat on the floor, a slight rock, which annoys no end.

I keep my bits of paper in the Wallet as a constant reminder, keep yours by that oven and watch those last few pounds go. :D

Kat Have a great weekend, enjoy the day, even if you do fall over :D Just make sure you fall into a hunks arms ;)

TallGirl, welcome back, good to see, and please just ignore my line on the 2lb loss chart. Focus on your own targets and lets see what happens.

Lois, really glad you and retiredlady are now showing your full results, it can only help people to see what can be, and what has been done. I would hope this would motivate people even more :j

Welcome back loopylass, good to see you back in the fold.

Puddings, all things are possible, even now I have a lot of weight to lose, according the BMI I am still 'very obese' in spite of all the weight I have lost! The aim is to lose a little, then a little more, then a little bit more. As for coming soon men! I always thought that was the case :)

Good luck Kat with your weekend.
When I decided to sort myself out, I gave myself a lifetime ban from all buffets - which means on top of pizzahut etc, that I'll not allow myself to go to some of my family's dos. It may seem harsh but it is the worst possible situation for me to find myself in - "free food"/"help yourself to as much as you like"/"if it's not eaten it will be thrown away" - especially after a few drinks in a place like that, given the chance, I could probably eat myself to death!not-tagged-smiley-10761.gif
