:rotfl: !!!!! Thanks for the giggle!!! I still don't understand the 'dog and the shovel' one on freecycle  Hopefully, they're not thinking of burying the dog :rotfl: OR, maybe they're expecting quite large doggy deposits in the garden and need to shovel them up...!

Hi roxydogbert, glad it amused you, it amused me, I still don’t get the dog and shovel one, maybe they got landed with a donkey by mistake? (as an aside seeing your avatar has brought back many happy hours of watching trap door, I even have a video of it somewhere, will have to go and dig it out now, lol.)

    Offered - a pickaxe,
Absolutely ideal for breaking up hard ground, less ideal for anything
involving hitting concrete, as it has a HORRID plastic handle which
just passes the vibrations undiminished into your hands, with a
feeling similar to being caned. I now have a nice old one with a
    hickory handle, yum yum!

    well, you have been warned:rotfl:
