Has anyone done any extreme money saving things such as haggeled for goods in Tesco, look out for pennies on the floor in the street or in the workplace or what about even checking the local phone box on the way to the shop to see if anyone forgot their change???

My Mother was telling a story the other day that when I was a child I found money in the street so often that my parents thought I was getting it elsewhere!! I remember this and remember that my eyes were trained on the ground to avoid the dogs poo that abounded then ( and now). As I had been in trouble at school for trailing dogs mess through the assembly hall. So I suppose finding the odd penny here and there was compensation for being repremanded in front of the whole school for the dog poo insident.Away with the fairies.... Back soon0

i had a teacher at school that kept an eye out for dropped change (kids play pigeon toss lol)... and then donated it to charity0 -
I have been known to take bin bags full of dirty washing to work in order to use the industrial sized machines. I arrive home next day and my laundry has been done. (I work nights in a hospital and the machines aren't generally used at night).0

I queued up 3 times in Tesco last week to get rid of my £3.50 book tokens as they will only take one token as a goodwill gesture when you are not buying the goods. 3 different tills(couldnt face trying it on just one). It was worth it though.Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0

I regularly find coins scattered around the house. My kids will buy something (usually sweets) for 95p or 97p, pay with a pound and leave the change in the bag or in their pockets. I can usually count on making at least £1 a week, best find was a fiver in a pair of jeans. I held on to that one for a couple of weeks to see if they noticed it was gone, but they didn't. I reckon "what the heck, I give them the money in the first place!"0

Hi
When I go to the gym. I go around the lockers at least twice to see if anyone has forgotten their 20p. I found £1 worth the other day. Some days it is a drought some days its a waterfall. I have been known to take all the plugs out of their sockets and switch things off when they are left on. Drives my OH mad!!I am full of joy, abundance, wealth and love.I am a money magnet. I used to work at our local cinema and after every showing when we were clearing up i used to look for any money left under the seats.
One year when i was working there for 20 hours a week i found £400 by the end of the year. Unfortunately people aren't that generous nowadays so i have left the cinema. My Motto in Life:
Make Every Penny Count !!!!0
