AngelsMadv - it sounds like she's had some psychological trigger rather than just forgetting, perhaps it might be worth asking for a referral to a child psychologist? I hope I haven't upset you by saying this but it could be that the problem isn't physical and needs to be addressed from a different angle, I'm sure it's a far more common problem than people think xxx

I bought Robinsons in A's today the 1l size thinking it would compare with M's, for 50p but it didn't..:(

Why doesn't it compare even though there is a deal advertised..

To be honest unless there is a physical reason for the wetting she will find her own way. It is really hard and I know all about the smell and the upset but the support and comforting that you give her will help her through it. Is she at school, it is amazing how much they learn from and react to their own peer group.

Funny you guys are talking about this tonight, I was in sainsburys earlier and felt very unset when over heard a mum talking to her little girl when she discussed nappies. The mum had put nappies in the trolley and the child wanted to talk about what they where and the mum said ' well if you would actually bloody go thought the night I wouldn't have to buy them' she said it in a really mean way. Really bullying tone.

I have also seen a girl in the trolley telling her mum she needed to go to the toilet and kept on and on telling her mum and she snapped at her lifted her top up and pulled at her pull ups and said you have these on! So telling her little one to go In her nappy. This was a large child must have been well into school for sure.

It's hard work when you have these steps back from being dry to having accidents all the time but I am a believer in support and understanding and not being negative about it and tidying up the accidents with no fuss or negativity will go along way.

I was a nanny and trying to potty train twins (I know how you feel about the child then going to its dad and them not supporting you. ) I was potty training on my work days but they weren't really on my off days so I would turn up and the potty would be no where to be seen or in the garden or something!

I believe its because mossies does not have an online price site, and isnt on MSM, so the prices are 'discovered and confirmed' by other supermarkets via mystery shoppers and adverts in the press etc, so Mossies prices always take a while to filter through to compare.

Did you get the right one? The fruit and barley is 79p in mossies, its the robinsons squash thats 50p? (just a thought as they are very similar in the same bottle shape;))

Could you return them to asda and explain you got the wrong type of squash maybe?;);)...and then try again in a few days or if you see its confirmed at compairing?

Just want to say thank you to those that have commented on the thread, those who have PM'd me and everyone who has offered support. I feel more confident now about trying to deal with the issues. I've always left it to OH before and I'm not only embarrassed about this, but embarrassed about being negative when she has weed and not using the positive steps.

I shall be getting plenty of the cheapo pants, another mattress protector (we have 2) and a vibrating watch. Will also try to get rid of the constipation first which doesn't help and get more fluids into here.

Thanks again, everyone and good night xxx

Just want to say a big thank you RE: the bed wetting and the advice. I must admit it has made me a little upset though because I have done what all suggest. We got her a special bed, character knickers the lot and she was fine. She went 6 months without an accident and then bam, she forgot. She started wetting the bed at night, then sitting in a corner and peeing herself.

She holds it in and then forgets to go. She pees in the car, on the bed, on the sofa, at school, on the carpet, anywhere. And she really stinks with it too. We have had her to the doctors who says the accidents started because of a urine infection. But she's been clear of it for months.

It doesn't help that when she goes down to the sperm donor for visits he slaps her in pull ups 24-7. She has come back this time, bum covered in spots and constantly wanting to wear, and pee and poo, in pull ups.

With 4 other kids the washing machine is on all the time. OH would have to do 5 loads a day to keep up without pull ups.

Even still, with reading all this, what do we do? We keep her in knickers here and she pees 5 times a day. And it stinks. 3volutions all over the house.

    Any advice?!

Sometimes they get so busy they forget to go, they can often go backwards for no reason..

I'm having trouble with my just turned 7 year old, sometimes she wants to watch the end of a programme or finish what's she's doing before then she has an accident..

My DD has asked me to start doing star charts again which I will, when she's wet she doesn't get a star and when dry she will..

It's hard work changing all the time, I understand, I have four daughters..:)
They are all different, DD1 was dry and done by three, DD2 was two and a half, DD3 is 7 and I can't get her dry and I have a 7 month old, got to go through it again..:(

It will get easier for you i'm sure..:)
I always take the moral high ground, it's lovely up here...
