Just thought that I should let people know that Frontline does not need a prescription BUT frontline combo does!

Frontline is available is most large stores who have a chemist counter or even from your local Pets At Home Stores.

Drontel wormer does not need a prescription and is cheap online. Ive used petmeds and they are fast and reliable and they will deal with any problems over the phone.

Frontline Combo is the best in my opinion, as this not only stops the fleas, ticks and biting lice but as it is a COMBO it stops the little things being able to lay any young in your carpets etc etc

    Hopes this helps the confused.

My mom has even tried coating worming tablets in melted chocolate with her cat, he sucks them til all the chocolate has gone then spits the tablets out :p

not a good idea - even in the short term:eek:

    They do everything!!!

Milbamax is very cheap compared to my vets who charge about £8 per tablet!!!

Anyone know if Milbamax is worth the extra money for heartworm protection, do cats get this in the UK?

    Greatsite:D

they do not get them in the UK:j
  • try medicanimal .com
3 pipette frontline pack for cats £9.50
you also get a 5% discount if you are new to site
    p+p is £1.75
doesn't trump those mentioned last month by much, but every penny counts. :T
  • The cheapest place to currently buy frontline and drontal is 'petdrugsonline'. Sold singularly or as a combined offer which makes an even better deal. Free P&P too!!
  • My sister just paid £18.74 from a Coop Chemist for Frontal Spot on for cats x 3 pipettes. I paid £16.80 from Sainsburys chemist for the same thing.
I know I used to pay £16+ for 6 pipettes, but there are only 3 in the packs now. Somebody is making a small fortune I think!!!!!

Frontline is not very effective! Alot of people no longer use it on their pets. Try Advantage, Advocat or Stronghold - these are far more effective & faster acting.
