When you make the phone calls too open the 2nd & 3rd accounts are they aware that you already have an account? Will they ask why you want an additional account?
BoS will only set up 1 new account in any 24 hour period for you.0 -

I have just opened a Classic account and want to add Vantage but it won't give me the option and says that I already have Vantage on another account (which is Gold).
I thought that you could have 3 separate accounts with Vantage on all of them.
Anyone else had this problem?0 -

Opened a bos vantage this afternoon and lovely guy said dont forget you can open another 2 each one 24 hours after. Had to listen to a lot of blah blah but worth it for the 3per cent.0

I will go to Lloyds & see if they will let me open 3 x vantage a/c s.
I will also try to open 3 x BOS vantage a/c s online- one at a time allowing 24 hrs in between.0 -

Lloyds systems can be quite peculiar about Vantage. You need to ring / visit a Branch to get things sorted. You also need to check online (a working day later) that what you have been promised in calls / in Branches has actually been implemented.0 -

From memory (admittedly failing) the Classic account had to be 'active' i.e funded with something, before you could add Vantage.
If you have funded it and still can't add Vantage, definitely give them a call. I found their call centre staff far more knowledgeable and reliable than local branch staff :cool:0
