Understand about cycling & the £5k limit. Limited to 3 accounts? I read about someone having seven...?
Ah yes, seven accounts. That was in the good old days when they didn't realise what we were all upto! They now limit it to 3. Those of us with more than 3 are still enjoying grandfather rights.

On my online accounts page there are two debit/credit card images, One with Classic written alongside, other with Classic Vantage, plus two different sord codes & two account no's....???

If so, you should upgrade the Classic one to Vantage, so you have two Vantages.

A Classic one is basically useless for anyone who has a positive balance.
  • I too can confirm that my 2 accounts with £6000+ each were both credited with £16.54 this month. Thanks to you all for your handy hints and useful advice

My interest has been added now, so the glitch must've been sorted.

Yours is the 3% account isn't it? What about the 4% one you also mentioned - has that had interest?

No sign of the correct interest being applied on to my account as yet - although they had added £0.16 interest on the 3rd of Dec - so wonder if that's the difference

(need to check the other two accounts that my wife has when i get home as they had no interest added at all on the 3rd)

Yes the 4% one has had its interest added too. It was added today, dated yesterday. Good luck getting yours sorted out.

Just logged in for 1st time since these posts, - I'm not seeing the option to upgrade my 'Classic' to Vantage (ie Vantage no.2) only to 'Silver'.

Can anyone advise, am I missing something?
As per an earlier suggestion, I'll open 3 Vantages if I can.
