My 2 accounts with £6000+ each were both credited with £16.54 each on 3rd December.

Refer to YB's post regarding the Lloyds T&Cs (or refer to the T&Cs directly). If you haven't received any interest by now, you are likely to not to be on Vantage, never mind 4% Vantage. Time to talk to Lloyds, yes.

I've been on 'normal' Vantage for a long time, and my mum's on 4% Vantage - neither of us have our interest which is odd. Will speak to them at the weekend.

In my case - 3 accounts - all upgraded to 4% on the phone and correct interest received for October 2012. All have the full £6,000.

For November 2012 - £1,000 cycled round the accounts (in the middle of the month), one direct debit called upon for each account, and second direct debit which didn't draw any money (but is set up on all three accounts).

Received £0.16, £0 and £0 on the three accounts.

Have those of you that have received the correct interest, had both direct debits "used" in the month?

I know there was a big debate about "active" direct debits and the T&Cs not covering this - but I wonder if that is the criteria they have applied to my accounts. (I haven't gone below £5,000 in any of the accounts).

Called Lloyds - the person said a lot of other accounts are affected and interest has not been paid to them and they are working to rectify it. They expect the interest will be credited in the next few days. (he knew what I was on about straight away!).

I've just opened a Lloyds/TSB Classic & asked for the Vantage 'upgrade'. I didn't expect to get two accounts.....do I need to use both or just the Vantage. I'm hoping to set up a Vantage 'stream' like others have. Can I apply online for another, or do they come as pairs of accounts...?

You can have upto 3 accounts to which you can add Vantage. If you do that then you can get interest at 3% as long as you keep a balance between 3k and 5k in each account. And you will have to cycle 1k through each of the accounts each month.

You shouldn't have two accounts, just one. You apply for the Classic Account, and then you can add the Vantage option to that account. It is still one and the same account.

Why do you say you have 2 accounts?

On my online accounts page there are two debit/credit card images, One with Classic written alongside, other with Classic Vantage, plus two different sord codes & two account no's....???

Understand about cycling & the £5k limit. Limited to 3 accounts? I read about someone having seven...?
