No luck to night. I had some athletics and handball within touching distance but they vanished.

Just thought I'd add my encouragement to keep trying to everyone who is trying to get tickets!

There are also plenty of paralympics tickets left (at much lower prices) including athletics and ceremonies.

Myself and my teenage son have been trying for a week, and for hours every time there was a big batch of tickets released and tonight we have eventually got Water Polo tickets for Monday afternoon. So to everyone trying, keep trying. I had almost given up hope but now am so excited.

I was at the water polo last week. You'll have a fantastic time even if you know nothing about the sport. They do a great job at explaining what is going on. Just make sure you dress in layers though - it was like a sauna in there until they turned the air conditioning on, and then it was freezing!

I don't think it's a sport I'll be "inspired" to try though. Far too violent for a softie like me

Ive just got to the payment page for category AA tickets for tonight for £725...so going to decline, wasnt quick enough for the £50 category d even though i clicked on the request tickets button within 5 seconds of the alarm alert going off on my computer as the tickets were already in my basket (borrowed a laptop as much faster than a tablet and easier to use), no way i can be quicker than that!! only additional possible things i could do are go somewhere with a faster internet connection and write an algorithm to automatically buy tickets.
