The only other thing were not allowed to wear are jeans/trackies..

So why not Uggs what are your views????

Since Uggs started in OZ as slippers you may as well wear slippers to work as they look that smart, not!

I've worn fake uggs to work before during winter, but my office was pretty much anything goes as long as a) you were dressed decently and b) you were dressed smartly if you were seeing clients.

i hate these, they always look terrible, dreadfully scruffy after a few wears, especially the softer woolly types

only ever worn uggs on dress down friday. smart pair of leather boots would finish off your outfit much better

I saw the title of this thread and thought it was going to be complaining about colleagues wearing Uggs to work and how inappropriate it is! But then I read the post and I am somewhat shocked!
