Even if she says that in her listingits basically unenforceable Toki - if you open a claim EBay will side with you and force her to accept a return (make sure you send recorded)

Unfortunately, I also thought it might be fun to put in the costs per item to see what the total value of my stash was at. I quickly regretted that as I balked at the final figure!! Still, I think I will be more mindful about keeping an eye open for deals on my HG products from now on. I also have a number to work down from.

i did this on my first spreadsheet i did a while ago. i stopped at £2,500  its surprising just how much the cost piles up when you start it. i don't even want to know what this one is worth, although i suppose it will make me see just how much money is going into it that really could be better spent elsewhere. i know its big, but having a monetary value to "big" is a kindof scary thought!!

I hope everything went ok today willowbee, I saw the dispatches programme and the whole system just seemed so useless (and thats the nicest word for it I can use on MSE). Let us know how you got on when you can, we are all here if you need a rant :)

Two UU, probably the last of the month

No 7 Essential Moisture day cream, WNBA, I have been using this up as night cream because it is way too thick for me to try and put make up on top of! Nothing special.

L'Oreal Studio Secrets Professional smoothing primer sachet, probably WNBA, it was alright but I don't normally use a primer. It was impossible to get out of a little sachet!

One In through the post today, Nivea night cream sachets x3, I've already had my free sachets of this last month but no complaints about more freebies!

    Night everyone!
No more buying unnecessary toiletries 2018
    35 UU / 13 unnecessary ins

..all this talk of how much these products must all add up to in their stashes has definitely made me think! I'm not going to even start to imagine it, but it's definitely a good aid to stop uneeded purchases!!

Another UU this morning... Aquafresh Extreme Clean Whitening Toothpaste - this was okay :) going to see if there's a good animal friendly superdrug one or something for next time though..shall need to test them out!

Good morning ladies. This is the first chance I've had to post since arriving back from hols last weekend. It's been a whirlwind of a week. I got a text from my old friend on the day we arrived back offering me a new job so I have been filling my evenings speaking with her/attending interview and generally celebrating! Have popped on PC this am to type my letter of resignation.

Hope everyone has been ok - haven't had time to catch up on thread properly.

The cruise was wonderful - definitely our best holiday ever and we are keen to go on another. A few UUs to report:-

LE hand wash - had a travel sized tube.
VO5 shampoo and conditioner. These had very little left in them by the time the holiday was over and I couldn't be bothered to bring them home. Have repurchased this week.
OPI Party in my Cabana. It had gone gloopy. So sad as it's a favourite so will look to repurchase at some time.
Laura Geller blusher in Pink Buttercream. Dropped it and it smashed so TA. Was lovely but I have other similar colours so won't specifically repurchase.
LE Skin Repair Moisturiser. Love this and will repurchase as a night cream when I've finished my current pot of Elemis Oxygenating Night Cream.

    INs:-

Very little considering I've been away. Did intend to buy a new perfume and didn't in the end as nothing appealed to me. Will wait for Christmas I think and ask Santa for some Philosophy Amazing Grace.

Went into Sephora in Barcelona and Vigo. The Barcelona one was bigger however I only bought a body scrub, wash and lotion (all in coconut fragrance) as I didn't have anything sweet smelling with me and purely because I wanted to buy something! Also bought a bottle of Benefit Sun Beam which is lovely - the first of the beams to actually enhance my skin.

Emma bought the Urban Decay Naked 2 pallette, the UD primer and a Benefit kit - I think it was called Hello Dandy - has dandelion blusher and high beam in it.

Was disappointed that I didn't see the OPI Germany Collection anywhere although both Sephora and El Comtes Ingles stocked OPI.

I saw this on EBay (just browsing like you do! :D ) and it made me think of VALM, is Pumpkin Spice the one you loved and can't get anymore?? Sorry if I'm being an enabler! :D

Thank you for this. I have put it on wait list and will try and win it.

Had my final ins of the month, Debenhams were doing a GWP on Elemis online only, so I took advantage, so ins are as follows:

    Lime Blossom Cleanser
    Lavender Balancing Toner

    Free Gift -
    Rejuvenate Shower Gel - 50ml
Skin Nourishing shower cream - 50ml
Tranquil touch shower cream - 50ml
    Pro-radiance hand and nail cream - 20ml
Skin nourishing bath Milk - 400ml
    Purple makeup case/mini wash bag

and Debenhams threw in a L'occitane Shea butter hand cream - 10ml.

I thought the Elemis gift was really good especially considering the full size bath milk.

The ins have been epic this month and I will sit the remainder of the month out on the naughty step.

That is a really good gift. Well done.

I had a hot stone massage on holiday. The spa used Elemis products and I had intended booking a massage incorporating the Lime and Ginger Salt Glow but left it too late and there weren't any good appointments left for this. The hot stone was on offer at 20% on the day I booked it though. Was very relaxing.

See you all in September. Have a good Friday. I know I will now. x
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

One last UU for this month, a serum from Bare Minerals that I got when I bought my original foundation kit from them - which was a long while ago.

As with my last UU, they seem to have discontinued so I couldn't buy again (don't think I would have anyway.). In any case am moving onto a REN serum for sensitive skin which I've used before.

Still got a sizable stash to use up so will definitely be joining this thread again when it starts up next month, but at least aside of a major fall off the wagon in Bulgaria (and that rose stuff is lovely and seemed pretty good value for money) I've been better at not adding to my stash over the last few months and have used up some things I've had for ages :)
