    It was quite daunting! It was satisfying once it was done though. All four boxes fitted in my bedside cabinet and I have a nice little box with topcoat and treatment bits & bobs in that is staying out :)

    WNEBA - does that mean would never ever buy again??!
    (I've not seen that before :rotfl:)

    Yip you got it - I was trying for an acronym that demonstrated just how ville the product was (whilst maintaining my ladylike status ;)).

    I won't report you, I'm just jealous :D I've had replies to posts I've made on other threads, where people have said 'thanks for the useful advice' or something similar,but not actually pressed the thanks button, which is annoying.

    I have noticed that a lot of thanking does go on on this thread, but I've found on some of the other threads a lot of something that sounds like thanking goes on :rotfl:

    Does anyone have a link to the 'abuse of thanks button' thread. Would be interested to read that - and am looking for diversions as otherwise I might have to do some cleaning :D

    This is one of the most supportive threads on here but a few others also thank like the Old Style Board too. I have been lucky in the past with some great freebie posts and some recipes I have created and shared.

    I do understand that if you have taken the time to respond to a poster with a helpful relpy, it is nice to get that thanks button pushed too :).

    Me too.... and I should add cake / sweets etc to the list too. And books / CDs / handbags / shoes / clothes ....... I hate to think how much smaller my mortgage would be if I showed a bit more self control!

    :(:(:( Oh that is hitting a nerve with me too. * hangs head with a slow shake!

    Dolly your poor neighbours - I would be freaking out!

    Indiepanda - sounds like you enjoyed your holiday. Some nice treats for you to enjoy at home too.

    This month is so slow on the UU front. Almost all of my products are full sized.

    I have had my tube of Aloe Vera gel for years and it is fine, it is great to use on household burns, sore or irritated skin e.g. after shaving/epilation etc. as well as sunburn.

    The handcreams sound lovely, I still have a handcream mountain to get through:o

    I went out yesterday with the intention of getting some Aloe Vera gel but the trip to the hairdressers took so long that my parking ticket was in danger of running out - and I had paid for 4 hours :mad:

    I went out again today and the closest I got to buying toiletries was a new shower puff and a clear bag with empty bottles inside (for my holiday). My present shower puff has seen better days and the loop is the same colour as the puff so I can never find it to hang up again. The only other one I can lay my hands on (I suspect there are some secreted somewhere that I can't remember) is a S&G which is absolutely, ridiculously massive. My new puff only cost 39p though so I don't think it will break the bank.

    I also thought I had a transparent bag somewhere that was the correct size for taking liquids as hand luggage. Can't find it so bought a new one, although a ziplock freezer bag would probably have done the job just as well. The bottles that came with it are a bit of a waste though as they are all either bigger than 100ml or ridiculously small. I would probably get away with the bigger bottles, unless I got a jobsworth who did exactly what I've just done and measured the capacity in a measuring jug, but probably not worth the risk. I have plenty of other small bottles anyway, and the whole thing only cost £1.19, so again can't complain too much.

    I am now wondering whether it is my measuring jug that is wrong. I have 2 bottles that I bought previously that actually say on them that they are 100 ml - would it be too OCD/anal to decant liquids between them and the new bottles to check (note to self, must get a life!)

    I am the proud owner now of one bottle of bubble bath and one bottle of sink cleaner. It has taken since 1st january to get to this happy state of affairs :D the plethora of half used shampoos, conditioners, body and lotions and hand creams on the other hand may last till the next olympics :rotfl:

    Me too, but have now separated the hand creams out from the rest of the stash now so I know how many I have. It wouldn't have been so bad if it had been body lotion as I estimate I only have 2 or 3 months worth in the stash now after giving some away earlier in the year and now that DH is using some of it.

    Its amazing seeing, that some product stashes are improving a lot quicker than others, and other area's don't seem to be improving at all. At least now I know where I need to try harder.

    Two more UU's! I'm on some kind of roll!

    Kiko Make Up Fixer £7.90
    + Really fine mist (MAC Fix+ and Urban Decay De-Slick can both be a bit 'wet' in their application).
    + Did the job.
    - Used this up in a week!!
    - Rubbing your face is a no-no, your makeup just disintegrates under it if you rub it.
    Verdict: WNBA! Really bad value for money.

    and FINALLY.....

    Origins Zero Oil cleanser!!!! £17.00
    + Lasted forever (good value for money?)
    + Did the job.
    - God I'm bored of this product!
    - Possibly a bit harsh for my oily nose - think it sent it into overdrive a bit.
    Verdict: WNBA simply cos I got so bored with it! But its a pretty good product.

    Have 1 tiny IN to report:

    Nuxe Oil 10ml - this is the dry oil that seems to have had a come back (remember seeing it in Boots back in the day but now it's really hard to get hold of). A woman who's blog I read on a regular basis is basically my twin, everything she loves I end up loving too. So when she said she was using this as her moisturiser, I knew I had to get a hold on some. Plan is to use it at night over my Cleanance K treatment so I get some moisture. Managed to pick up this mini size on ebay very cheap because it was in one of those beauty boxes not that long ago.

    I do have a couple of OUT's to report as well though:

    Femfresh Wash - WBA, does the job, enough said!

    Estee Lauder Nutritious Mineral Foundation - This was one of the mini sample sizes and I have 2 more in the stash to UU! Actually quite nice, works well as a daily foundation for work in the summer. Might try and look into the Double Wear version when I've got through this and my BB creams. Does transfer quite easily though.

    Urban Decay De-Slick Setting Spray - WBA, this is HG status! Love this setting spray and one bottle lasts me over 6 months. Really do notice a difference in the hot weather, although saying that, have used my Avene thermal water today and my foundation looks ok actually and has stayed in place quite well...Still going to repurchase the UD later on in the week though!
    Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £
    LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000
    Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 2017

    Hi Evilsquid!

    I've always been tempted to try De Slick. It's good to hear that it works :)

    I wasn't sure if you knew that you can buy it in a larger bottle now? Free delivery here:
