Catriona - poor you and your poor little babe :( I hope that you all have a more peaceful day/night today :)

I'm glad that your sunburn is healing well :)

I'm not really sure what to do with my day. I have a long to do list but no energy :o I managed to list 14 bits of clothing on eBay on Sunday but it took so long to do! I wanted to add more things today but that's looking unlikely :(

Toiletry wise I've not had any more UU. It does feel like things are being UU though, so I don't mind a little lull. I'm using an old Botanics body butter from a Christmas set (two years ago!) and I really like it! I just have a 50ml tube but it's lovely :) I was tempted to buy more whilst it was on a 3-for-2 but it looks like it's one of the things that Boots are reformulating (I hope not). It's out of stock on their website. I think I should take that as a sign not to buy it as I have so many other body lotions to UU :o

    Humph.

I really need to find my Weleda pomegranate serum, day and night cream as I think they go OOD in Sept  I just can't remember where I stowed them away...

Have another UU to report: Sensodyne Pronamel Mouthwash. WNBA, it's ridiculously expensive for what you get. Going to go back to listerine whitening I think.

I have no idea what to spend my Boots Advantage points on. Have about £85 on my card now and COULD buy so much stuff but I just like accumulating it! Might use it for Christmas presents this year, but if there's a points offer like £10 of points for every £50 spent, would you still get the £10 of points after paying with points?

£85! Wow :j Do you have a favourite perfume or something like that that would be a lovely, long-lasting treat? Or maybe a posh pair of sunglasses?

I've changed my mind so many times about what to spend my points on! :rotfl: I have around £48 on my card. Sadly I don't think that they don't let you claim points when you use points to pay. I use the Christmas events to stock up on dull stuff (paid with cash) and then keep the points for later. You can use points for 3-for-2 offers and GWPs though :) I used to save up enough to do a Clarins offer or something like that :D

You sound like you belong here!

I've just tried to find my Weleda stuff and unearthed a box of body lotions instead  I'm definitely not buying the Botanics Body Butter...

Still no sign of the Weleda stuff yet (!) but I found my Snowberry Remineralising Toner. I used it once, thought it was weird and then moved on to something else. :rotfl: I've just checked the Snowberry site and I was meant to use this up within 6 months of opening it. (MUST NOT OPEN THINGS OUT OF CURIOUSITY!!) So, I'm going to have to use this day and night to get through it. I bought it at a massively reduced price when a website was clearing it's Snowberry stock. It's £45 normally! It's a weird dark brown colour and you use it like a face wash. It's nothing like a toner! Am very, very confused by it...

*Goes off to look for Weleda things again*

I use my points for every day stuff (which is why I never have any). Think I've only got a pound on mine at the moment. The things I'd buy if I had £85 on my card. I've got about £3 on my superdrug one and £10 on Debenhams, so next time I need anything will try and use my Debenhams points.

Looks like you've all been busy while I was at work. Hope everyone going on holiday has a great time. Its still a few weeks till ours so fingers crossed that the weather holds.

One more UU, Soap and Glory face wash. It's OK WNBA though. Have opened up a small sized freebie Elemis Tri Enzyme face wash now.

one in to report - Max Factor Mini Nail Polish Odyssey Blue. I want this for the wedding I am going to in Rhodes soon (the taxi fare will be horrendous :D).

I also want eye shadow and mascara but came out without them. There is a niceish Maybelline eye shadow palette but it is over £7. They have a 3 for 2 offer on at the moment but I couldn't find 2 other products that I either wanted or needed. I want blue/navy mascara and if they had had that I would have got it and found something else to make up the 3 for 2.

I think I did well to only come out with the nail polish. I had another squirt of Marc Jacobs Dot and it seems to be lasting better now. Won't buy it unless a really good offer comes out or I get a good price on it on holiday though.

I am sure I have a huge stash of various toiletries/make up in my bedroom but the room is such a mess I can't face it:o. My son moved out a couple of months ago and I moved into his room to make it easier to sort mine out - but I haven't actually done anything! There is stuff somewhere in there that would come in handy for my holiday so I need to brave it soon - wish me luck!
3 stone down, 3 more to go
  • I use to think i was the only one hoarding beauty products!! Thanks everyone :D
