Yes i said i didn't want a kid at the moment but i guess we are at that age where its happening or never happening. To be fair i guess we both wanted it but never admitted to it. I didn't in a vein sort of way.
Then it sounds as though you and your girlfriend need a grown-up discussion about what to do next.I just want to know if her symptoms lean towards her being pregnant. If so then good, i can ask her and we can sort things out. If not then i can broach it differently.

I'm confused why she hasn't said anything yet. I wonder if the folic acid is a 'hint' and she's making it all obvious and simple for a man to understand
You could innocently ask what the folic acid is for and this might give her a nudge or she might still cover it up, as to why I don't know but don't be confrontational and scare her 0 -
